Everything is good, I really recommended all to stay this hotel.

Good environment and convenient transportation, but overall very good and cheap

The tail room was given, but it was okay. The window was large but smaller than expected. It didn't look as high-end as in the picture.

The staff are friendly, the breakfast includes basic items, and the cleanliness of the room could be better. case

This was a nice hotel, a little far from the downtown, making transit to and from all the sites, around 30 to 50 minutes on bus, metro, or tram. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were excellent and the bathroom was great. Everything was perfectly clean.

The hotel was great as well as it’s accommodation. Room was big, comfortable and most important clean. The gym was also nice for someone, who wants to do a daily workout. Personnel was also friendly, willing to help you if needed! I would highly recommend it for everyone.

This hotel is located in a quiet area on a busy street. Good location with many shops close by. The bathroom was a good size with a rain shower. The room is basic and the mattress on room 202 was hard. The reception staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast has a good variety for everyone

In the interest of adult guests, the owners need to decide if they are offering a bona fide hotel or a hostel for high school students. Our first day we had no towels or coffee maker or kettle, and for the entire week we had to endure noisy juveniles on both sides of our room, and clogged elevator (the other never worked). The reception and housekeeping staff did their best under very difficult conditions.

Very comfortable hotel with very helpful, smiley staffs, especially Joao. We first stayed four nights, then we reserve one night a week later before going back to our home. The breakfast is very rich and cheap, don’t miss it. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are enough, the rooms are clean. We will definitely book it in our future Lisbon trips.

I booked for 3 nights and was very pleased with my stay. The staff at my arrival was friendly and understanding as they helped me when i had a little issue with my room. The room is spacious and modern, as well as the bathroom. Great view on the top floors. Breakfast was balanced and diverse, I also really appreciated one staff member, Shoubit who was very kind and helpful. The location is perfect as it is central and close to all the best spots in the city. I will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Lisbon.

Put into a disabled room. Missing towels. One cup for tea and coffee. But the real problem was the incredibly bright security light at the door. Unable to sleep. Staff kept trying to explain but still wrong. Warning. This hotel is noisy from the airport. Flights make this a poor location fir any hotel near here.

Show. Hotel surprised us. Very friendly and pleasant reception. Good room, large with window overlooking the city buildings. Large and very good bathroom. Varied breakfast with many options. Excellent location close to restaurants, metro station.

Starting with the reception not being able to tell me at noon which room was destined for my reservation. Garage so low that when opening the back I scratched because it hit a beam. In the bathroom, the shower has no support and you have to shower with the shower in your hand. The bathtub is very slippery and doesn't have a rubber mat. like soap and other products are a small bottle that is enough for one person and a bath. there is no bidet and the washing hose only has cold water. in the room the mattress is of poor quality and very used, the pillows are horrible. the neighbor next door snored all night and it felt like he was right next to us. another neighbor decided to take a shower at 6 am and heard the water running. to finish off the breakfast was indescribable, the eggs were left on the plate, the cheese was of very poor quality, the coffee was unbelievable, orange juice was non-existent, peach juice tasted like soap. The friendliness of the receptionists was saved because the breakfast staff seemed to owe them money. experience not to be repeated.
