It was good but not as expected. Although the location was perfect but few service was really not up to the point.
Response from Property: Thanks for your feedback. As we see here someone is booking for others. She is one of the worst guests ever seen here. she eats inside the room & puts a plate below the bed make lots of dirty smells. she did not respect another guest who stays the same room

This is a basic hotel and a little expensive for what it is . Its location is close to a metro , 5 mins walk . The cafe at the bottom is lovely . Short walk away from Aldi and another supermarket . The hostel isn’t as clean, bathroom was messy and there was a smell that wouldn’t shift on the 3rd floor . It’s a place for one night only other than that I’m sure there are better places in Lisbon

Clen ,peaceful and nice location. Good excess with public transportation even I use local train to go lisbon airport. Very easy to find grosury shop ,coffee shop and resturant. I found so polite and helpful staff who was working in reception he explained me about city and about recent events in the city.

Clen , peaceful, very nice staff.you find nice coffee shope and restaurant. During my stay in this hostel, I feel so comfortable .hostel staff are really happy to help you regarding any kind of information about the city or general information .

You can hear other people quite easily. It does smell a bit. But it was perfect for what we needed. We slept there, showered there and then went out during the day

One of the best hotel/hostel i have stayed, the cleaning was on point, room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and advised me with the best place to visit during my stay. I would defo come back and most prolly stay here again. Highly recommended

The delightful hostel offered comfortable and tidy rooms to our stay. It is located in a convenient area that allows us to easily explore Lisbon. We'll find a nearby supermarket called Pingo Doce, as well as a cosy café. The Marques Pombal Park, which is considered one of the best parks in Lisbon, is also close by. And there are metro stations within walking distance of the hostel, making it easy for us to get around the city. We're glad to enjoy our stay and we appreciate it.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the location was quite good, well connected with the metro. The staff let us check-in earlier than the official check-in times and were very kinds.

This place has good potential with the location etc, but we had a horrible experience here. I have 30+ bites on my body from the bed bugs which has really put a damper on the holiday because they are so uncomfortable and swollen. We told the reception about this half way through the stay when we suspected it was bed bugs instead of mosquitoes, and they switched our rooms. Our new room was a step down from the last one, and we found dead bed bugs under the bed. We spoke to the receptionist to let them know we were not happy with our stay and would like compensation. They were unhelpful and rude, telling us to email *********** and basically implying it wasn’t their problem and it’s up to us. In general the place is pretty run down, facilities minimum, but we probably wouldn’t have minded due to the good price. There is a bit of a strange vibe overall with non-guests hanging around the hostel and reception drinking and so on. The balcony is pretty much just a laundry area with rubbish dotted around. Bathrooms are quite gross with mould around sealant etc. I wouldn’t have left this review if the customer service wasn’t so bad. Have stayed in so many hostels over the years and never been dealt with so unprofessionally. Judging from other reviews the bed bug issue has been going on for months.
