Be careful, the photos put forward on Google by the owners have nothing to do with the reality of the studios! There are 2 entrances, 161 and 163. At 163, the building is catastrophic. The door doesn't close. The studio I had was unsanitary. The bathroom is unusable, extremely humid, the ceiling completely moldy with large fungus, the ventilation is not functional. I arrived with dry clothes, after 24 hours they were all damp with a musty smell. The same goes for bath towels. The edges of the 2 windows are soaked and with fungus, the paint is falling to shreds. Just one tiny 30cm radiator to combat the cold and humidity, not at all suitable for a 20m2 studio. The shower curtain is not suitable, the diffuser part is not the size of the shower head and does not hold, huge water leaks which go in all directions as soon as you try to run the shower water. Once the curtain is closed, there remains an area of ​​40cm in radius, a normally constituted person cannot wash themselves, we are stuck by the curtain and crushed against the wall... I left sick after 3 days due to of the unsanitary conditions of the premises. No staff, neither on arrival nor on departure to make a complaint. I have photos attesting to my words and the condition of the premises. No after-sales response after several messages and complaints, 3 weeks later. I am preparing to take legal action to have this establishment closed until work is carried out; it is unacceptable to rent such unsanitary and humid studios. IMPERATIVELY AVOID! Don't be fooled by the low price!
