Very small toilet and noisy front door! The guest rooms in the hotel is newly renovated. Maybe due to some designing issues, the toilet is very small. The toilet bowl is narrowly surrounded by the sink and wall. I’m not a big size person, but I cannot fully sit on the toilet bowl because the space between the sink and the wall is small. The front door of the room produces a big bang when closing. The hotel does suggest guests to tap the door card to retract the lock tongue before closing the door. But nobody does so and you keep hearing bangs from neighbours. My room has the smell of cigarette smoke from 9 p.m. every night. I couldn’t figure out where it comes from.

Good place to stay for it’s price. Also Decent breakfast choices…

We had a great breakfast Some wires and batteries were not covered The bathroom was very small had no lock There were no english tv channels The lights did not work exept one and the bathroom's However, overall it was not a good stay

Shower room a little small but for the price okay plus it near supermarket McDonald's and lots of high ended stores closed to metro underground plus not far from airport

The room did not look like the images. The bathroom was very poor. The bathroom was very small with no space to use the toilet comfortably. The shower head was mounted low, at shoulder height, and the crane was at my feet level. The shower door did not close properly. Overall, it was a very poor bathroom.

Great hotel near the city centre. There was a hearty breakfast in the morning, plus I really enjoyed my room where I could sleep on a comfy bed, took a shower, and spend my time with comfort.

Room was small and bathroom was extremely tiny. Tge toilet was sandwiched between the wall and the sink so close that one couldn't sit straight. Cleanliness was average. It was right by the metro station which was helpful.

The hotel location is great just behind Avenida Liberdades. The hotel is very clean and the check in service was top. Room provided early- 3 hours) and the room while simple was clean and tidy. I missed a safe box and some bottled water in the room. There was some construction in the courtyard which was a bit noisy at times. There are two lifts. Both work perfectly well. Great aircond and water pressure. Good value for money
