This is not a quality hotel, but it is in a great location and if you understand something about the rooms you might find it ok. We booked a superior double room and firstly it is not a double bed. The hotel told me they do not have double beds in these rooms, they are all singles pushed together. Secondly there definition of ‘superior’ is that the rooms have been recently decorated and are superior to what they used to be. The reality is that they extremely small rooms, a hanging space either side of the bed with 3 hangers, no wardrobe and no drawer space whatsoever. I think for 1 night this is manageable. Beware some sites show this room with sofas and wardrobe’s- they do not exist as a double room. These are triple rooms and these rooms are more spacious and have a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Not all have sofas! I found all this out on a recent stay. I booked a superior double and the hotel moved me to a larger triple room. So good customer service. But in peak season I might have been stuck!

I didn't expect much because the reviews were really bad, but it was better than I thought. But there were so many ants that I couldn't even think about eating anything at the hotel. But the location is really the best.

We liked it, although the room is quite small, but for short stays it is fine.

Facilities: Very poor. Don't book. The floor is very thin and noisy. The balcony is shared with other rooms and has no lock. It's very unsafe. I fled overnight. Hygiene: The room has a peculiar smell and the toilet is very unventilated and unusable. Environment: In the city center, there is no environment to speak of. The elevator is terrible, slower than taking the stairs. It's claustrophobic to sit in it! Service: No refunds are provided. I fled this hotel overnight. Don't stay!

The location is very good. There is a pedestrian street downstairs. It is very convenient to eat in restaurants and go shopping. It only takes two or three minutes to walk to the Hustaf elevator. The hotel facilities are indeed a bit old.

The hotel was not in correct condition. The elevator did not work and it was still allowed to be used: one wall of the elevator was a piece of wood that if touched the elevator would stop, very dangerous for the guest. The room faced an internal room that had an engine, therefore during the day and at night there was constant noise. The staff was very good, everyone was very friendly and willing to help, the only saving grace about the hotel was its location.

I really enjoyed my stay close to everything, very friendly and communicative staff, breakfast a little poor but acceptable, cleanliness and comfort were also good, I was satisfied with everything and also the trip booking service went well!

The room is very small. It is a bit difficult to open two 28-inch suitcases for two people.

It's very small, and it doesn't feel like it's worth the price. The elevator can only be used by one person, and it's very small. It shakes as soon as you step into the elevator, making people afraid to take it. This makes it difficult for tenants on high floors to use it.

The location is very convenient. The staff is young but very enthusiastic.

Breakfast was rather so-so, but sufficient for the price. However, the rest makes up for it. Great location, clean, cute room, butt training included through many steps, friendly staff. Would book there again.
