Beautiful spacious room. Friendly stuff.A little slow service.

Highly recommended! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and gracious throughout our stay. Location is excellent, and afforded us the opportunity to walk and use public transportation to experience Lisbon’s beauty.

Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Had a problem with my room and upgraded me (there were issues with that room too, but I let it go). The hotel really needed an update or renovation.

Convenient location, supermarket nearby, good hotel service, cost-effective breakfast, subway is less than 300 meters away from the door, stayed for two days, high-rise room, good view, you can see Mount Jesus

The only problem was that the elevator was too small and there was an embassy event going on. We waited for many groups but no staff came to help.

The hotel is in a good location. But the facilities are old. The windows are not soundproof. The girl at the front desk wearing round glasses had a very cold attitude. Neither Wi-Fi nor breakfast time is introduced. Not friendly to Chinese people. Other service staff are ok. Should breakfast snacks be covered with covers? Flies are crawling… In fact, if it’s just location that wins, there are many local five-star hotels to choose from on Liberty Avenue. One thing is that a small bottle of wine was given in the hotel room. Although it tasted terrible, it was given.

The front desk was very friendly and made check-in easy. Around 11 o'clock, I thought I would leave my luggage there first, but they said, ``I'll check to see if there's a room available for check-in,'' and I was able to check in! It was a lot of luggage, but there was no service to carry the luggage to the room. There was also plenty of mineral water. However, the refrigerator in the room was surprisingly dirty, which was a little disappointing. Breakfast was a typical breakfast. All the staff were kind.
