This is a nice guest house in an old historical building. It is located in an apartment on 4th floor, there is a lift.
There is no reception, so you just get a code to get in anytime.
The location is very good: right in front of the Parque metro station.
Our room's window looked inside, so there was no noise from outside.
The mattresses are high quality and new.
The kitchen has all the necessary for eating and cooking.
There is also a large eating area and a covered balcony.
There are about 8 rooms, 2 common toilets, 2 common bathrooms each with several showers.
Apparently the sink faucets have only cold water which can be incovenient for brushing teeth with cold water.
The shower needs to be frequently reactivated by pressing a button. This saves water, but from the room you can hear guests taking shower across the corridor and constantly relaunching water.
However, for the price the place is excellent.

It's ok for one night. But of course, it's noisy. It feels like a hostel for adults.
The beds are uncomfortable with a high, too springy mattress. In general, I didn't get a good night's sleep.
