I would prefer to have more personal and less automated contact. I liked the quality/price ratio and the location that corresponded to what was indicated.

The apartment is nice. The only downside was that the cleaning lady entered the apartment at 10 am without ringing the bell, even though check-out was only at 12 pm.

The hotel's own facilities are very shabby, the rooms are very dirty, and the location is inconvenient. It's only a fifteen-minute walk (and uphill) from the nearest subway station. The room is quite large, the accommodation is comfortable, and the hygiene is very good. It is very suitable for family travel. Check-in is self-check-in, there is no front desk reception, no service staff, and the operating procedures are relatively cumbersome. Because I was in a hurry to check out, I accidentally left the charging cable in the room, and the landlord was not contacted after that.

The air conditioner in the room was broken and both air conditioners were not functioning properly. Tried contacting service but no response. This resulted in our room being very stuffy.
