A friend came to visit in Laiyi and booked a room decisively after seeing the good reviews of the hotel. The bed in the room is so comfortable to sleep in, the room is spacious and bright, and there are quite a variety of drinks. The room is very clean. I would like to thank Wang Yun and Ms. Wang Xiaoyan for their service. They didn't think the socks I took off were dirty, so they washed them by hand. A lovely hotel. The ambience in the reception area is calming and well decorated. The room was functional, but sufficient. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping responsive and patient (after a late night I slept in until 16:00 and they had to hang around waiting for me to leave the room so they could perform their duties). The only slight issues were that there was no coat hook and the shower took several minutes to warm up. Other than that the room was perfect. Reception were patient and helpful and the whole stay was very pleasant. I will happily book the hotel again the next time I am in the city.
