從入住到離店，都很舒心。入住酒店時，前台小姐姐送給孩子了一個小禮物。進入房間，有水果，打掃的保潔大姐也特別好，看到我們就問有有麼需要？從前台到客房服務人員都很隨和，再去臨沂，還會再次入住。

前台服務很滿意，態度很好，辦業務不拖拉，微笑服務，酒店對面就是臨沂站和公交站，方便出行，周圍不遠有超市，樓雖然比較老，但是但是裝修整潔，設施齊全，該有的一點不少，衞生乾淨，每次來臨沂都住這兒

錦江之星不愧是品牌精品酒店，房間寬敞，設施齊備，體驗感很好。服務人員認真負責，態度友好親切。位置更不用説，距離火車站幾步之遙，出行非常便利。還有一位小可愛，真是太可愛了，送外賣的機器人小盆友，必須給它點個大大得贊！！！與時俱進，時尚整潔，親切友善，錦江之星，下榻臨沂的不二智選。
