設施特別齊全！廚房，陽台，洗衣機一應俱全，而且還有一次行浴巾，馬桶套，基本需要的東西都能提供！而且就在臨沂大學旁邊，交通便利，樓下就有小吃街，超市房間裏面還有投影儀，晚上連上之後放個電影很愜意！滿意！

房東姐姐很熱情，回覆信息也很快，入住有家的感覺，走的時候丟東西了，房東姐姐也主動聯繫🌹以後有機會還會來住，在這住了四天，非常不錯。房間白天的時候陽光很充足，對於我這種喜歡窗户的人太友好了，下次試試別的房型
