開始訂的房間在洗手枱上發現了異常毛髮，然後給前台打電話給換房間並且升級了，這個沒得説。但這裏的房間隔音是真的差，我是外地的來這裏跑馬拉松的，當天晚上隔壁房間説話的聲音、走路的聲音聽的是一清二楚，一直到晚上一點多還吵的沒睡着覺，給前台打了兩次電話，前台也給隔壁説了，但我認為我這是我硬件設施的問題，這房間基本上沒有什麼隔音所言。這嚴重影響我的出行體驗，本以為是漢庭全國連鎖的酒店應該不回頭太差。但這次體驗嚴重差評。
