從天津風塵僕僕抵達臨沂，旅途的疲憊在踏入酒店大堂的那一刻便被悄然拂去。此行帶着孩子，心中總不免多一份牽掛，未曾想這份牽掛竟被此處細膩的關懷一一化解。
最令人驚喜的莫過於房間的意外升級。原本預訂的房型被悄然替換為更寬敞舒適的空間，明亮的落地窗將臨沂的街景温柔納入，彷彿一份不期而遇的禮物，瞬間提升了旅途的質感。這份無聲的體貼，讓初來乍到的我們感受到了賓至如歸的暖意。
而這份暖意，在大堂吧得到了更生動的詮釋。那位名叫石錁釺的員工，笑容真誠，舉止親切。她手作的咖啡香氣醇厚，一杯入喉，旅途的勞頓似乎也隨之消散。更讓人心頭一暖的是他對小朋友的細心關照——特意送上了精緻可愛的小餅乾。孩子捧着餅乾時綻放的笑容，比任何風景都更動人。石女士這份自然而然的善意，並非刻意的服務流程，而是發自內心的待客之道，讓這間酒店不再衹是臨時的棲身之所，更像是一位熱情好客的臨沂朋友的家。特別説一下，游泳等設施環境、服務差，游完泳洗澡就基本沐浴、洗髮液都沒有，問她以各種理由推脱，這麼多星的大酒店拉分了！

房間景色絕美，看沂河，樓下就能去鳳凰廣場坐船。地理位置很方便，琅琊古城絕絕子，國秀琅琊節目很棒棒。酒店小姐姐服務都很細心細緻，酒店早餐也很豐富，口味清淡，中西餐點都有，味道絕絕子，還有糝和新鮮小餛飩，每一個服務人員都很耐心熱情，機器人送外賣真是受累了點了好多外賣
