服務：訂的晚了，沒有大房間了，雖然是小房間，但是洪霞大姐的服務讓我覺得很值得，好的員工是能彌補一部分遺憾的。

別墅沒有湯池，這種湯屋有室內和室外各一個，非常舒服，適合兩人住，大床房，環境優美。可以直接去湯泉的各個地方，免費。

洗澡搓背可以去，住宿就免了吧。
白天對面的遊樂場唧哇亂叫。
早餐是送餐，需要趴在床上吃。
到了晚上，晚上千萬別出門，下掉魂沒人管。前不着村後不着店，還好房間有蚊子作伴不會感覺寂寞。尤其前台服務極差，就是個賣澡堂子票的，做不了酒店。拉達着羊臉，摸了一臉的搓澡泥。很對得起“國際”温泉兩字！

查了好多私湯 最後還是選了經常去的奧華 之前經常過去泡温泉 第一次住酒店 唯一有個意見就是辦完入住以後需要自己去找房間 找了一大圈才找到 我們住的1號院 院內的泡池不是很大 但是私湯的好處是可以直接走內道進入温泉中心 省了門票 哈哈 還要感謝幾位温泉中心的大姐 範俊玲 徐愛霞 李花她們服務都很熱情 也很周到 下次有時間也還會選私湯帶孩子過來住 整體滿意也超值！

點名表揚一下，房間服務人員李紅霞，因本人原因，把自己的首飾（價值不菲）落在房間內，工作人員在收拾房間的時候第一時間發現了我們遺落物品。酒店及時的通知了我們。在這裏對工作人員表示感謝。

温泉酒店
🧹衞生：超級差，馬桶上有尿漬。
🔔服務：酒店空調温度低整體室温在10度左右，穿着羽絨服睡得覺，第一次打客房電話服務員進來看説空調剛開始來，過了一個小時十點多的時候再打就無人接聽。想着可能會過一會室温會上來，結果一晚上都冰冷

住的湯屋，環境真是不錯，空調也很給力，還有私享的小湯池，很悠閑自在，就是大冷天的水温不是太高，晚上服務大姐李秀霞幫忙加的水，服務不錯。
