地址位子太不好了，是一個城鄉結合部，交通很不方便，沒想到訂如家的酒店還有這個樣子的，以後，再也不訂如家酒店了，訂時下單30分鐘後就不能取消了，還以為房間少，到了一看房間都沒人住
象假如家啊
環境：差，入住還要100元按金，第一次住如家要按金的，怎麼如家還這樣的酒店，一次失敗的攜程訂房

避雷❗今天兩個前台態度極差❗第一次給酒店差評❗實在生氣❗首先，詳情頁寫明鐘點房是20點前退房可以理解，我們辦完入住18點多，我問第一個笑面虎前台能否通融下八點半再退，遭到了拒絕，説讓我直接不要在平台定，直接在門店80塊就可以定。excuse me？這麼沒有人性化的酒店管理活久見！然後19點多僅僅入住一個小時就來催退房，我老公當時在視頻開會，沒辦法延遲到20點18分下來，前台甩臉子讓我們付20元超時費用，前提是沒有其他客人要入住的情況下，也不願意通融我們，當然我不是道德綁架，我自己也開店做生意，我覺得這個酒店管理做的一塌糊塗，我們來臨沂辦事，每次都是住湖北路那邊的如家，那邊服務好太多太多了，也很人性化。然後等我付了超時費出來説我要給差評，馬上就有人打電話説要退我錢！呵呵！原來也可以這麼通融客人的，早幹嘛去了？怕客人給差評所以才退款？！最後沒收他們的錢，因為我一定要給這個差評！
