這次入住如家酒店的體驗遠超預期，無論是服務、設施還是細節都讓人印象深刻！
酒店位於汽車站，步行即可到達公交站，周邊餐飲、便利店、商場一應俱全，無論是出差還是旅遊都非常方便。
前台工作人員態度親切，辦理入住迅速，還主動詢問需求，幫忙推薦了附近的特色餐廳。客房阿姨打掃得非常細緻，每天房間都煥然一新，連我隨意擺放的衣物都整理得整整齊齊，真的讓人感到賓至如歸！
房間雖不算特別大，但佈局合理，採光很好，床品柔軟乾淨，睡起來特別舒服。衞生間沒有異味，淋浴水壓充足，熱水來得快，洗漱用品也齊全。空調製冷/制熱效果很好，晚上安靜無噪音，睡眠質量超高！
酒店提供免費高速Wi-Fi，網速很快，辦公看視頻毫無壓力。大堂設有休息區和自助飲水機，還有免費的茶包和咖啡供應。最驚喜的是還有自助洗衣房和烘乾機，對於長住客人來説太方便了！
相比同價位的酒店，如家的服務和質量絕對物超所值。無論是商務出差還是家庭出遊，都能滿足需求。細節做得很到位，比如床頭充電口、智能電視、免費礦泉水等，處處體現貼心。

本來沒有早餐的，辦卡之後送一份早上不用出去吃了很方便前台很有耐心，忘記帶走東西也第一時間給我打電話，一直給我留着

第一次住這家感覺還是非常不錯的，服務很周到，洗衣房還有烘乾機，餐廳早餐也還行，出門在外提供這些服務確實方便，附近交通也很方便，去臨沂大學包括批發市場也很近，可以問前台要濕巾和一次性馬桶墊，總的來説挺好的

在這家店住了很多天，這幾天真切感受到了如家的服務品質，工作人員都很熱情，服務也很周到。客房大姐打掃房間也很及時，給提什麼要求也都是很快給迴應。停車是免費的，對面就是汽車站還有批發市場，去哪裡都很方便

空調遙控器除了開關鍵，風速，模式能用，其它都不能用，機頂盒總是沒信號，遙控器按鍵不靈，調台偶爾不好使，淋浴玉屏漏水嚴重，洗一次澡淋浴間外面就跟發水一樣，下水道在洗手池下面，可能裝修時坡度沒搞好，積水都在別的地方，後來換了房間，除了淋浴間漏水嚴重，其他還可以，唯一問題就是離着車站近，很吵。衞生打掃及時，前台服務態度很好，其實對於趕路住一晚的人來説，我所説的這些都不是事
