很不滿意！點了個外賣我們沒在房間機器人送餐未取物又送到了前台我們回到房間給前台打電話幫忙送一下前台説好的然後我們等了一會還沒送到我又打了一次電話説馬上就給送我整整等了40分鐘我又打電話不接了平台電話聯繫房間電話聯繫四個電話沒人接中間還有間隔時間我想請問前台這麼忙嗎？那忙完能回電話嗎？沒辦法，衹能下樓去前台前台説前面沒有我的外賣那我請問你們前面答應我送的外賣送哪去了？最後聯繫騎手騎手説在機器人的下面那一層你們找都沒找就説沒有後來不還是在機器人裏面找到的淋浴間建議加個硅膠隔水板吧洗個澡水都出大門外面去了水池那邊的插座不能用吹頭髮要用裏面的插座（騎手10點送到酒店我10:30回房聯繫的前台我11:30不下樓找外賣還沒送呢）還有我出了電梯就看到前台在打電話我説你好沒人理我跟我一塊兒下樓的一個工作人員問的我有什麼問題我就一個問題，我們房間的電話打到前台，你們是用手機接嗎什麼樣的問題佔線能30分鐘？
