看評論訂了兩個房間，果然沒有失望！酒店比較新，裝修很温馨又有格調。角角落落的衞生搞得也很好，沒有異味。隔音不錯，非常安靜。早餐比較豐盛也很精緻，家人都很喜歡。還有酒店服務人員素質高且態度温和，很有耐心，離開時忘了行李在房間還第一時間給幫忙寄回，非常感謝！而且酒店周邊有特色美食，炒雞，手抓羊肉，羊肉包子……是酒店服務人員的良心推薦，性價比很高，步行即可到達，非常便利。總之是一次愉快的出行，因為酒店的良好服務讓我們對臨沂這座城市印象也很好！以後還會選擇這家酒店。

酒店體驗超棒，超出預期！
剛到酒店，就被前台的熱情服務暖到了，辦理入住超快。房間挺乾淨的，床很舒服，睡了一覺特別解乏。

1.在我不在房間且沒有要求需要清掃房間的情況下，客房擅自進入房間打掃。我晚上回去後發現浴巾被更換過的新的了，真的被冒犯到了，我並未在門口掛需要清掃的提示牌也並未跟前台要求過需要清掃，我的信用卡，現金，個人物品，衣服等大量物品均在房間，雖未丟失任何物品，但未經允許擅自進入房間實在不妥
2.我第一時間把情況反映給了前台，前台反饋續住後客房會默認進入清掃且更換房間物料，但房間的飲用水的空瓶全部被帶走，且未進行補充，地巾被帶走，沐浴露衹剩幾泵，接近空瓶也並未更換，一次性拖鞋被收走且並無更換，也就是客房把這些東西都帶走了，沒有拿新的，那還不如不換。
3.我的行李有被雨淋濕，直接從外地快遞過來的，我特意在中午出門的時候把行李箱打開讓他自然晾乾，結果客房進來給關上了，我到很晚回來才發現，導致我的行李箱回來還是濕的，無心之舉間接給我帶來了不便，當時已經很晚了，我怕開吹風機吵到其他人，衹能第二天再自己用吹風機一點點吹乾
4.我的房間是沿街的，隔音很差，兩個晚上每一晚都會被貨車的喇叭聲驚醒，真的神經衰弱了
