The night staff did not speak English. Not a problem for me but could be an inconvenience for some travelers. In the morning there was at least one girl who did speak English.
The hotel is quite clean and the decoration is similar to those 5 star hotels. Only one thing that I did not like was that I could not turn on the AC. When I tried there was a message on the screen saying that the main machine was not turned on. I guess that was the central unit. Besides that, everything was good.

房間温馨整潔，羽絨被柔軟舒適，電視可以投屏，有小冰箱，智能設備很方便，酒店服務不錯，給免費升級了一個榻榻米房型，簡直不要太滿意，門前停車場很大，出門可以在前台掃碼免費停車，酒店附近有臨沂特色炒雞和糝，離奧體體育館不需要開車步行一會就到，值得推薦。

酒店設施很新，浴袍浴巾潤膚露都有，大廳有提供小吃零食茶水，還有小孩的洗漱用品，我家小孩很喜歡小童拖鞋説踩上去軟綿綿的～進大堂能聞到舒服的香味，房間也很乾凈，床單被套能看出是新換的，地面也很乾凈，酒店樓下就有飯店，味道還不錯，酒店工作人員服務也都挺好的，見面都能點頭打招呼很熱情，很愉快的一次住店體驗，謝謝各位工作人員

酒店位置挺好的，離體育中心步行幾分鐘就到，去高鐵站也很方便，前台服務態度特別棒，進出酒店都會禮貌問候，會主動上前接過行李。房間的衞生也乾淨，保潔阿姨能按我的要求打掃。房間內有小冰箱，打包回來的食物可以保存起來，整體很滿意，下次來還會選擇入住。
