The night staff did not speak English. Not a problem for me but could be an inconvenience for some travelers. In the morning there was at least one girl who did speak English.
The hotel is quite clean and the decoration is similar to those 5 star hotels. Only one thing that I did not like was that I could not turn on the AC. When I tried there was a message on the screen saying that the main machine was not turned on. I guess that was the central unit. Besides that, everything was good.

家庭出遊，酒店停車方便，前台按照要求給安排的房間，房間温馨舒適乾淨，前台和客房服務熱情，入住送了蘋果和酸奶，房間小度和機器人送餐也是很方便，孩子很喜歡。為了去琅琊古城，王羲之故居，吃特色特意折中選擇的酒店，去吃了幾家飯店味道都很不錯，飯店特色都是坐小馬紮，糝館排隊，不過可以點外賣，我們外賣早上連吃2天糝，味道很不錯~

衞生很好，房間內設施很棒，基本都是智能的，前台小姐姐説話輕聲慢語的，有問題都給解決，早餐還行，本來訂的一晚，覺得不錯，又續住了一天，值得推薦，唯一的小缺點就是中央空調不可私自設定，當時的夜晚氣温，責任蓋個被子就剛好的温度，所以也沒跟前台反饋。
