I guess i was their first foreign customer, so the hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They even helped me to upgrade the room when i asked for it. The breakfast was okay, and the location is rather convenient.

房間很乾凈，設施齊全，環境不錯，很安靜，最主要的是服務很好，我們還沒進去，工作人員就迎了出來，很熱情，也很耐心。價格實惠，還有早餐，早餐非常豐盛，很滿意的一次住店體驗。

服務：房間提前打開了空調，很暖和。臨走時的時候在大廳坐了一會兒給到了時手機充電器沒有帶大頭，然後給找了一個大頭。

衞生間，洗澡間太小了，沒有香皂，還是打電話後先給送的🤣
服務：還沒到12:00，跑完馬拉松，回去才11:30多些就自動退房，到房間後刷卡打不開門鎖，收費挺及時，還沒到臨沂地界就提示扣款了，不都是有個延時嗎？再説了，自動停不也要過了12點，跟客户確認行李是否拿出來了嗎？還有個2樓的也是參加馬拉松的，也是一樣的待遇，真是給臨沂馬拉松主辦方抹黑的酒店，從此，再也不住漢庭快捷酒店，

挺一般的，辦理入住的時候等了好久好久，前台小哥哥是新來的辦理入住比較慢可以理解，但是還有倆人不知道在幹嘛，最後等了半個多小時才辦上，明明就三四個人，花了這麼久，比其他漢庭的環境要差，不是很推薦
