A Memorable Family Stay at Atlantis Sanya During the long Korean Chuseok holiday in early October 2025, my family and I took a short trip to Sanya for some rest and fun. We stayed at Atlantis Sanya, and from the moment we checked in, it already felt like the right choice. The room was big enough for our family of four and so comfortable that we felt at home right away. Everything, including the bathroom and the amenities, was modern and spotless. Most of our time was spent enjoying the water park, which quickly became our kids’ favorite place. We laughed, played, and probably spent more time there than we planned. Breakfast was another highlight — every morning offered something new, fresh, and delicious. Those small changes each day made every meal feel special, and the cheerful atmosphere helped us start each day in a good mood. The most unforgettable moment came when my daughter lost her phone in a taxi. We were quite worried, but the duty manager and our butler, Farhana, stepped in immediately. They contacted the driver, explained the situation, and somehow managed to get the phone back to the hotel. I was honestly amazed — I never thought we’d see it again, especially in another country. Their kindness and determination left a deep impression on all of us. Thanks to the thoughtful staff — especially Farhana, who took care of our family as if we were old friends — our stay at Atlantis became something truly special. It was a trip filled with warmth, laughter, and unforgettable moments. If we ever visit Sanya again, there’s no question — we’ll be staying at Atlantis once more.

Upon check-in at 4 PM, our room wasn't ready. We were upgraded to a room with a small plunge pool, but its edges were yellowish. The chef at the breakfast congee station had a poor attitude. The restaurant's linen seats and floor were dirty, and we were seated before cleaning was complete. Breakfast was also quite limited. Lobby signage was unclear, and it was often impossible to find staff for assistance. The photography service called me after 11 PM to arrange a shoot, but then no one contacted me even after the scheduled 2 PM time the next day. With a typhoon approaching, I simply left. The pool was quite good, with slides that adults could enjoy without long queues. Our butler, Mango, was quite helpful. The lantern lighting activity was interesting. However, only a small, insufficient amount of cocktails were prepared. Surprisingly, they also charged a deposit for the room booking. This is the first hotel in Haitang Bay I've stayed at that required a deposit.

Excellent services and great facilities. Manager Eva Li arranged perfect transportation for us to airport and solved our phone charger problem efficiently despite our super tight schedule on departure day. Manager Leo arranged a very delicious Chinese set lunch on the second day of our stay to make a beautiful noon of the day. The guest relationship Steven Huang is very friendly and recommended nice places to visit during our stay. The room cleaner Huang, Shi Min is not only do an excellent job , but also leave a very nice note in the room to perfect his performance. The private beach of the resort is so beautiful, resort service team members are very friendly and do great jobs. We are also very impressed by the Chinese restaurant’s manager Bobby Shi (Shi Tong)’s hospitality and good arrangements of the food for us. And the Chef of the Spain restaurant La Mesa Wang, Zhi Cheng cooked delicious foods and we enjoyed the dinner and a happy night. Must recommend this resort to all friends. ✨ A must-stay in Sanya! ✨ This hotel was truly amazing on this trip! Staying on a high floor, I could take in the uninterrupted night view of Atlantis Sanya from the window. The stunning coastline was breathtaking, no filters needed! 🌊🌃 🌟 The huge balcony was perfect for relaxing in the ocean breeze while relaxing. The decor was luxurious and modern, with meticulous attention to detail, rivaling that of an international five-star hotel. The room and bathroom were incredibly clean and hygienic, with no odors at all, giving me a sense of security. The hotel had all the amenities I needed, and they were a breeze to use. Transportation was incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, allowing me to enjoy the water and watch the sunset anytime. It was a true bliss! Restaurants and shopping were also nearby, so I didn't have to worry about food or drinks. The owner was incredibly kind and even upgraded our room for free! The view was stunning upon entering the room; it was truly worth the money. The staff were also very friendly, always available, and always attentive. ✅ The overall experience was fantastic! Highly recommended for couples and families alike! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sanya. 💖

This hotel was excellent. There are 2 pools, both very clean and large. The staff also frequently check the pool and maintain it in excellent condition. The highlight….the breakfast buffet was amazing!!!!! It had multiple stations including BBQ, noodles, traditional dim sum, western breakfast options, Thai/malay curry, pastries, desserts and an excellent assortment of fresh tropical fruit. They had guava, passion fruit and fresh melons. Would definitely come again and stay longer so that I can see other parts of the island.

This is our second stay here this year, bringing our entire family of 9! Both check-in and check-out were super convenient, with the butler coming directly to our villa to assist. The hotel environment is still very good, and the location is decent. The kids absolutely loved splashing around in the private pool, without having to share with anyone else. The only downside is that the villa rooms, especially the three in the basement, had a very strong musty smell and felt quite damp. The two rooms upstairs, however, were fine. The air conditioning in the rooms worked wonderfully. The butler service was also excellent, always resolving any issues promptly! Overall, it's a positive review and I recommend it to everyone!

I usually don’t write reviews, but the exceptional service at Sangem Moon Hotel truly deserves one. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth and professionalism of every single staff member. Their friendliness and genuine care make you feel right at home. The hotel itself is immaculate, with spotless rooms and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. A special mention to my butler, Chase, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was recommending places to visit or attending to every little detail in my room, he handled everything with professionalism and care. There was nothing he couldn’t do! I’d also like to thank Mori, the reception duty manager, for her excellent service. She speaks great English and took such good care of us, making everything smooth and effortless. Another person I’d like to praise is 符阿姨 from housekeeping. She cleaned my room so thoroughly—you can tell she takes her job seriously. She mopped the floor, made everything perfectly organised, and ensured the room was spotless every single day. I also have to commend the hotel management for training their staff so well. The level of professionalism and dedication from every team member is truly impressive. I know people sometimes get tired of overly positive reviews that sound too good to be true, but this is a real review from a real guest. The service here is genuinely exceptional, and you can feel the sincerity in how they treat their guests. Highly recommended!

My recent Hainan trip, encompassing Wanning, Lingshui, and Sanya, found its most satisfying highlight in our choice of the Sunshine One Hotel in Sanya. Even during the bustling summer peak season with such high occupancy, the hotel's management remained remarkably organized. Our dedicated butler, Jenny, provided incredibly meticulous and personalized service, which was truly outstanding. Having visited Hainan numerous times, I can confidently say this hotel's attention to detail was the best I've encountered. The overall experience was superb, offering excellent value for money. The entire hotel also boasts an eco-friendly design theme. A particular highlight was the breakfast; it was incredibly diverse, incorporating local specialties, and even featured a dedicated coffee bar with a wide array of choices – truly thoughtful! Both adults and children were thoroughly pleased, with plenty of activities available for booking for everyone. There's also an indoor kids' club and a very unique pool area, including a massive infinity pool. The only minor point is its slight distance from the beach. However, we had such a wonderful time simply relaxing at the hotel for two days that we didn't even feel the need to go to the seaside. If we preferred not to go out, dining at the hotel's restaurants was consistently delicious. For those looking to explore, the duty-free shop is just a 15-minute drive away, and the Haichang Evernight City, a mere 6 minutes distant, offers a variety of specialized Hainanese restaurants. Overall satisfaction: 100%!

Stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Sanya for a short getaway and was pleasantly surprised. We booked a deluxe room but got upgraded to an ocean view — a great start! The standout was definitely the service. A staff member named Area went above and beyond to help me surprise my wife for her birthday with decorations and complimentary food and drinks. She regularly checking in on us if we needed anything. It made the trip extra special. While most staff don’t speak English fluently, they all use translators and are genuinely helpful once they understand your needs. The resort itself is spacious and beautiful, though a bit dated. Rooms are large compared to other places we’ve stayed, and the location in Haitang Bay is perfect — close to other major resorts. We enjoyed the pool and gym. The pool is spread out across the resort, and the gym has enough equipment for a solid full-body workout. The hotel was clean and had a relaxed vibe throughout. Also, shoutout to their coffee — surprisingly excellent! Only downside: the property could use a renovation to freshen things up. But overall, a great stay with memorable service and a peaceful atmosphere.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the Gold Tower which was a bit far from the lobby, breakfast buffet and carpark. Check-in took a very long time and there wasn't a specific line to queue which made the check-in procedure feel like a gamble. When things seemed to be getting helpless, Minnie, our customer representative swept in to introduce herself and kindly took us to our room and gave us her wechat. She kindly assisted us throughout our stay with room keeping, restaurant recommendations and general hotel navigation. We are very grateful for her help! We were very satisfied with our room and the hotel in general. We tried all the restaurants and they were all great. Pools were fun, and we would suggest the pools closer to the beach which are very tranquil. A tip: Request for a higher floor and away from the lifts. We were on the 5th floor and we could only see a sliver of sea.
