節假日出行一間房261訂了兩間，房間空間大，乾淨衞生，前台服務態度好，酒店後邊有停車場大約可以停放20輛左右車自駕方便

1.前台服務態度特別差，一進去愛答不理的樣子。
2.詢問是否有停車場，前台説沒有，讓我們停路邊上，等我們吃完飯回來，發現後面居然有停車場。
3.詢問是否有早餐，能否贈送，前台的語氣就是看不起人的態度：不能贈送，我們的早餐18一位呢。所以18一位就可以看不起人了嗎？
住宿快辦好的時候跟我説可以贈送一位，我們説那我們再買兩位的。結果前台説，現在不能給你哦，你要吃早飯的時候再來。
也就是説我要吃早飯，要從樓上下來拿早餐券然後再上樓吃飯。
4.之前有一張身份證沒有拿，所以拿好行李去刷身份證的時候，在旁邊等了半天，前台沒有一個人迴應。
5.進了房間發現房間里居然還貼着結婚的裝飾，還以為有人在住，嚇了一跳。

有一説一，衞生和環境在這算不錯的，設施一般，不滿意服務，退房第二天再聯繫小孩丟在房間的玩具，就那回復肯定沒給好好找，一個玩具跟房費差不多了，丟了找不到也沒事無所謂，就是這根本沒有認真去對待
