Private free parking is good. WiFi signal weak

Wifi is not good, but everything else is okay. I hope the WiFi can be better and the breakfast has more varieties, which would be great.

When you enter your room, take a photo of the minibar to avoid surprises at check-out that charge you with consumption that isn't yours!! Terrible experience!!

Hotel a little out of the way, but bus nearby + tram to city center and small parking lot

I find that having to pay breakfast in addition to the price of the room quite high and also the fact that the online price was cheaper and that I had to pay a more expensive price when I checked out. I find it good that we can cancel the reservation until a certain time because sometimes travelers cannot arrive in time because of road traffic or an accident or even for a personal reason. The team remains welcoming and available, the room was quite spacious and the bedding not bad at all, the bathroom very good with the very spacious and pleasant shower. Cleanliness nothing to complain about just maybe add a scent of atmosphere because it smelled musty when we arrived!

We waren aangenaam verrast door dit heel fijne hotel. Een goede keuze op doorreis. Gratis parkeren en de receptie dame was super aardig bij aankomst. De kamer was lekker stil en voorzien van o.a. aangenaam ligbad, stevig matras, verduisterende gordijnen. Het ontbijt was ook goed. Een ruime keuze in continental én English breakfast. De bus stopt voor de deur en daarmee ben je in 10 minuten in Straatsburg centrum. Scheelt weer parkeerkosten en het zoeken naar een veilige plek. Straatsburg is een geweldig mooie stad met een ruime selectie in winkels en restaurants.
