Accueil vraiment bien , la chambre était propre , on peut juste regretter de ne pas avoir une prise de chaque côté des chevets , ce qui est un peu dommage . Système de chasse d'eau bizarre , on a pas compris. Niveau isolation pas au top , porte qui claque , lit qui bouge , et chasse d'eau seront les bruits que vous entendrez depuis votre chambre ... Sinon on a bien dormi , une mention spéciale au jeune veilleur de nuit qui nous a fait le check out , très charmant et souriant , un vrai plus . Pour manger on vous recommande de traverser la route afin de vous rendre à la diligence personnel sympa .... Pour le taxi ne prenez pas via l'hôtel a notre arrivée on nous annonce 40€ si on veut un taxi , de nous même ce fut 28€60 ! Direction l'aéroport .

There are a lot of good things one could say about this hotel but unfortunately too many not so good things Good: The whole atmosphere is one of a giant playroom laden with toys and games and happiness. The common areas are modern and airy and young. The reception staff are excellent and helpful and friendly Possibly the two very strong good points in this hotel are across the road - One is the light rail station and the other is McDonald's The bathroom - well equipped and everything works!! Bring conditioner - the shower liquid soap is very strong - good towels The hotel is spotlessly clean There's a great selection of games including table soccer, table shuffle board, darts, board games etc. Bad: Everything provided is the most basic level and in many cases simply does not work. There are two very small very slow elevators - one of them works There is a gym - exercise room. The treadmill is a basic home version which doesn't work. It allows you to warm up and then just cuts out. If left to rest for 10 minutes it gives you another 3 minutes of running. The stationary bicycle has all the lights but doesn't work. You can sit on it and pedal with no resistance - there are no resistance settings The rooms: Tiny! No place to move... No place for your luggage - The entire closet consists of a tiny 20cm wide hanging space which as the pole on the outside edge so that half your garment is hanging outside the 'closet'. No fridge in the room. Paper thin walls. When the tenant in the next-door room closes his door the whole wall, including your bed's backboard, jolts. There are two electric outlets for charging in the entire room. One on the far side of the bed next to the window and another on the shelf next to the TV. If you get the first bed expect to spend a lot of time walking around the cramped room if you have gadgets that need to be charged. Likewise the only switch which controls the main lights in the room are next to the other bed. There's a phone to call reception in the room but guess what ...? So if you need something from reception there's a communal phone at your disposal next to the elevator. Breakfast: Pathetic! There are two coffee machines, one works.....sort of. The coffee takes forever to fill a glass and then is undrinkable. If you really need a hot drink the hot chocolate is at least drinkable.Or you can buy a cup of real coffee in the lobby. If you need something at breakfast, you need to force your way into the kitchen - there's virtually no waiter or service in the dining room. There's also very little food. One morning they put out one!!! baguette! After multiple protests they brought out another. The lunch and dinner food was atrocious - many in our group went directly to McDonalds even though the dining room meals were paid for.

Host at the height, cleanliness and all we need. Just the rooms not isolated, so it depends on your neighbor, for us it was good. And we had the alarm problem. But it is generally unfair to come back again.

I do not question the friendliness and contact with the team on site. But we arrived at 11:30 p.m., so during the closed reception and contactless access time slot, and despite the information received before, we found that the access point was down. No more internet connection. So it was impossible to connect to get your room number and access code. The premium rate numbers did not answer, nor did the call button. There were several families concerned. Some who had a car found hotels elsewhere and left. Others like us were stuck because they had no vehicle. There was a horde of Japanese in the dining room who were screaming and sending each other despes, and when they deigned to go to sleep, we all settled on the dirty benches. We looked as best we could for fabrics to cover these benches and cushions, and we went around the hotel to see if there was another access point or a place where we could reset the electricity of the point or the modems. The lingerie was not closed. And we were able to take sheets for the benches. Then, a person found a label on a wall, with a code and noticed that this code opened doors. So he tried on the floors and this code opened the rooms. So he helped the families and opened rooms and we were all able to settle in around 2am. It ended well, if you can say. It is therefore proven that in the event of a breakdown, the hotel chain does not provide any emergency service and that without our collective resourcefulness, we would have slept in the restaurant room. The first night in the hotel was offered to us…. In general considerations about the hotel: very well soundproofed for the windows. But often the hotel hosts groups who make noise. The Japanese the first night, and another night, people who banged on all the doors. The breakfast is compliant but it was better elsewhere! The young man at the reception was very nice. The rooms were compliant and clean, new air conditioning

We arrived at 15:30 to take our room for one night. There is a very good welcome. The price for one room and 2 beds remains correct. Negative points: Air conditioning does not work Heat Some hairs Small screws on the lavabo Positive points: Materas comfortable Hotel located just a few minutes walk from several stores such as boulanger, Quick, etc.

The hotel is ideal for direct access to the highway, close stores and restaurants. Just remind users that you must first respect some instructions/regles..... Short!! We want to thank François for his welcome, good mood and sympathy. We have had a very good and pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is relatively biased, self-driving is no problem, and it is easier to find, and parking is free. It is more convenient to eat nearby. The facilities are equivalent to that of domestic Samsung. The price is relatively reasonable, and generally quite satisfactory.
