We really liked the concept of this apar**ent-hotel. The decor is modern, and you can find everything you need to cook on site. Note in apar**ent #31 during our stay: there was no hot water in the kitchen sink, and there was no more salt in the salt shaker. Top-of-the-range bedding and towels.

Self-catering accommodation, the overall experience was great! The surrounding environment is safe and convenient! Hotel facilities are complete. There are toys, high chairs, books for babies! Quality bedding and we slept very well!

Confusing at first glance, a hotel without a reception! But everything was great. I needed to communicate with them and everything went very well. We were able to add a baby bed at the last minute. The room was pretty and ultra quiet. For breakfast there is everything you need. The home-like concept works very well. Opening the doors by flash code works very well. I recommend this new kind of hotel!

In the center of Limoges, a 2.0 hotel that is a little confusing for people in their sixties; no reception staff, entry into the hotel and rooms is done by reading QR codes, breakfast (also excellent) is taken in a fully self-service room (everyone puts their dishes in the washing machine -dishes and cleans his place) And it works perfectly! The establishment has a lot of charm and has been tastefully renovated, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. For €80 for 2, breakfast included, it’s a great stopover in the heart of Limoges.

The establishment is very well located, the apar**ents comfortable and clean, with tasteful decoration. The possibility of parking at a very affordable price in the city center is appreciable. The beds are quality. However, the autonomous arrival process, although practical, based on QR code, is a little tedious. In our case, the most painful thing was to discover that the request to prepare the sofa as a bed (expressed during check-in by telephone, such was my mistake because to hear the person on the telephone, in this establishment we can only read text messages and email and we are not used to the human voice...) had not been respected. After 6 hours of driving and traffic jams, I set off on an adventure to find the laundry room, a duvet, a duvet cover, a pillow, etc. And having to prepare the famous sofa bed... Finally, the light bulb in the living room remained broken for 3 days although reported upon arrival. There remains the text message (another one) received just after entering the apar**ent inviting you to a welcome drink in the annex catering establishment. A nice establishment, but one that really deserves a little soul and human presence with a housekeeper worthy of the name.
