"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The room was spacious and clean, offering good value for the price. However, I did find it a bit inconvenient that there was no kettle or fridge in the room. The metro station was within walking distance, making it easy to get around and explore central Lille quickly. The staff was friendly, but I did have an issue when I requested an extra pillow. I was told there were already extra pillows in the room (which we were using), even though the customer info page mentioned that extra pillows could be requested. That was a bit of a letdown."

"Very good location, next to the mall, easy to find food. Simple room, no air conditioner, but there is a fan if it's hot. But the weather is cool and comfortable. The bathroom and toilet are separate. There is no trash can in the room, only in the bathroom. There is wifi. The staff is friendly and communicates well."

When she checked out she left her Taïwanaise passport, granted by Taiwan Government for her contributions. Thanks to the hotel services, cooperation with the LC University, we finally get the passport back through express delivery. Amazing!"
