Good points: Warm, friendly staff at the reception; clean, functional and sufficient WCs and shower areas on each floor; breakfast included (very basic with hot beverages, toasts and cereals, but with some fruits); fully functional kitchen and plenty of cozy space in the common areas to chill alone or in groups. Can be improved: dormitory beds were not very clean when I arrived (previous bed sheets were still on, and some sweets were left behind on the bed... though these might be a bit hard to control on the hostel's side). Other than that, there was not much else to complain. I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Liège on a budget. One thing to note: Location is a bit far off from the Liège-Guillemins station by foot: better to reach by bus.

Petit séjour dans ma ville natale et superbe découverte de ce petit hôtel de neuf chambres dans un bâtiment datant du XVIII siècle vaut le détour, endroit sympa et atypique pour celui qui apprécie les bâtiments anciens, vielles pierres et bâtisses d’un autre temps, c’est endroit est fait pour vous. Avec tout le confort pour un agréable séjour. Je recommande pour les personnes nostalgiques qui ont envie de vivre une expérience différente des grands hôtels. For the price I paid for my room, I expected a LOT more. I travel a lot and very often around Europe and the USA and this hotel is one of the worst value for money hotels I have had the misfortune to experience - you are charging PREMIUM prices for dark, miserable rooms where I even had to cliimb upstairs to go to bed. The bed was on a mezzanine where I had to stoop to avoid banging my head on the ceiling as I am a tall man and the polished wooden stairs made me feel very anxious that I would slip going down them especially in the middle of the night. The coffee cups were damaged (chipped) and you have the AUDACITY to offer cheap recycled toilet paper in a a dispenser that I have only seen in the cheapest BUDGET hotels!!! Not even a roll of toilet paper!! Cheap single sheets from a plastic holder!!! And you charge €184 per night for THIS?? It is ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL. I am not happy AT ALL with paying such a high price for an overnight stay . You should be charging HALF the room rate. Unfortunately I had no time to ask for a better room or a refund as I had an evening engagement in Verviers but I will not be staying in your hotel again. Whilst the woman on the checkout desk was apologetic and offered me contact details for your customer care team for a future stay in one of your hotels in the region, this is not going to happen as it will be at least a year before I return to Verviers/Spa and I would have preferred a partial refund instead. I most certainly will not recommend your hotel based on this experience. A refund of at least 1/3 of the price of my stay would be helpful but I suspect that is not going to happen.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean and the jacuzzi and the shower in Italian are very good. The hotel is perfect, a smile and sympathetic reception, a bottle of champagne at the arrival and the next morning breakfast served in front of the door. We spent a great night, I recommend this romantic hotel.

高高Opposite is the train station, which is very small at the door of the hotel. There is no hole in the room. The room is large, there is a radiator, it is easy to wash clothes, and the hotel is 500 meters away from the right. There are several good French restaurants.

Booking was easy, with electronic follow-up. The receptionist is very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean, and it was absolutely silent for a perfect night. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. I would stay at this hotel again, no doubt.

GGuest UserWe stayed here in liege for the Belgian Grand Prix. I was away at the track most days and did not spend much time in the main hotel area except for breakfast and the occasional drink in the evening. The hotel was located in the outskirts of liege next to a major road about a 30 minute walk from the main train station or approximately at €10 taxi. being in room 33 which is the closest to the road I had no issues with getting to sleep. If your a light sleeper a pair of noise cancelling ear buds would be a good fix. The room was moderately sized and featured everything I would need. The only thing possibly missing was a mini fridge to keep things cool. The dining area was a little bland. They offered a buffet style European breakfast with fresh fruit, breads and yogurts. The bar was sp**** but for a small hotel it was more than enough. They offered a selection of Belgian beer on draft and bottle along with a standard spirit selection. The staff were friendly even if some had poor English. They were able to organise taxis to and from the hotel when I arrived and later when checking out.

The first night was very noisy, unruly tourists.This hotel is our favorite, we were not here for the first time. We like to visit the neighboring restaurant Le Global. But the restaurant was closed due to COVID 19.
