蘇馬盪最繁華區域的避暑房，地理位置優越，暑假旺季房價水漲船高，房間設施一般，山上的原因，偶爾會停水，熱水也不穩定，但是好在服務還行，幾個美女前台，有點小問題都會積極幫忙解決。

鄰街太吵，睡不着覺。衞生間設施太差，電視機太小，傢俱老化嚴重。想換房間，店裡接待人員態度不好，實在是難受了一晚上。

地理位置處於蘇馬盪中心，距1路公交車站不遠。
客房服務馬馬虎虎，不太仔細，但是你提出合理要求還是會有迴應。樓下負一層有餐廳，早餐十元中餐二十元晚餐十五元，吃飽沒問題。酒店設施方面熱水是太陽能的桶，洗澡兩個人可以，如果加上洗衣服熱水就不夠用了，需要等水再加熱。電視台比較少，衹有幾個台。酒店有時會停電，住高樓層的麻煩一點。
