房間裝修很新，設施都很好、温馨。去騰龍洞出行很方便，離火車站，汽車站都很近，步行就能到達。對面就是龍船調公園廣場。

跟男朋友去利川，下火車捱得近找了個住的，沒想到價格還挺便宜的，而且衞生條件很好，住着也不吵，很安靜。落地窗透氣性也很好，是那種簡約風格有質感的酒店，酒店離市中心也很近，方便我們出去玩了，老闆態度好，下次來玩還住這家。
