首先肯定前台服務到位，很友好。設施還是可以，問題是體驗感不是很友好。升級的豪華房樓頂露台大門由於變形不能關閉，密封條太差無法密閉門縫導致漏風。而且因為空間太大，空調幾乎不起作用，幸好在櫃子裏發現還有一條被子。作為豪華體驗房，內部細節還是有待完善，修繕改良，不然會給客人帶來負反饋，建議露台門加裝門簾。

衞生：被套是破的又是爛洞又是爛遍的，每次到利川都是在這邊住，這次也沒檢查房間，睡醒才發現大洞小洞破的不能行

酒店的房間中規中矩，設施完善，客房比較大，有着超大的露台，是新中式風格，床墊還挺舒服的，而且在衞生這點的話，我覺得還不錯，衞生間乾淨整潔，洗漱用品齊全，房間都有窗户，而且還免費幫我升級了，在頂樓的那個房間，前台的五號和八號小姐姐服務很不錯，服務周到，熱情洋溢
