整體服務人員的素質很高，不管是打掃，還是辦理入住，都非常流暢，感覺很舒服。服務態度更是超級好！！落了東西在酒店，打電話核實情況後，非常迅速的郵寄了。酒店的新中式裝修風格很有特色。大廳還有專門的茶室，非常贊👍🏻

房間很舒服，新開的酒店老闆花了大價錢裝修，新中式風格是我喜歡的腔調😄，前台服務員都很熱情，在客房走道遇到酒店員工都會主動問好，非常難得，可見酒店管理還是非常到位。離景區非常近過個馬路就是騰龍洞遊客服務中心，這次是單人單車恩施探釣之旅下次帶家人過來也一定住這個酒店。大堂的利川紅茶可以帶一點回去，價格合適品質nice。總之是一個可以值得再去的酒店。

天氣不好，從騰龍洞出來在下大雨，有些冷，就在遊客中心旁邊入住了這個酒店。前台辦入住很快，趕緊進房間洗了個澡，熱水很大很舒服，空調也給力。休息好後去大廳茶室喝茶玩手機，真真“陶然無喜亦無憂，人生且自由。”

晚上十一點多才到酒店，利川當天晚上在下雨，前台很貼心的打電話提醒我們在下雨氣温比較低，還問要不要幫我們提前把房間空調打開。不得不説，人還沒到酒店就己經有好感了，服務是真的好！酒店衞生以及設施都很不錯，強烈推薦入住！

再次來到利川遊玩騰龍洞，想着找離景區近的酒店，就找上次來住過的酒店，才發現名字換成優程了，門頭也換了，給人耳目一新的感覺，房間非常舒適、衞生，前台服務人員很熱情，專業，樂於提供各種幫助，小姑娘非常熱情，值得獎勵，還增加了健身和洗衣的地方，總體很棒，下次還會再來入住。非常滿意哦！

酒店高端大氣上檔次，五一假期價格便宜，房間乾淨整潔，走廊房間都是香香的，還提供了免費早餐，早餐菜品多樣，還有地下停車場，停車場直接上酒店，旁邊就是騰龍洞旅遊服務區，挺方便的，很滿意的一次入住！
