這個酒店****臭了！性價比嚴重不符，衞生條件極差。從過道到房間充斥了騷臭味兒！強烈不建議大家去位這家店！！！！！！！！

做為老四星酒店，服務跟不上，大堂除了前台一人，再無一人。早餐品種單一，沒幾個人吃，也沒水果。停車免費。

畢竟是四星級酒店，房間面積挺大，設施佈局顯得高端大氣，小小沙發和寫字枱、閲讀燈等設定均章顯了酒店服務至上的理念且頗具匠心，入住體驗真舒服。衞生做得很好，床上用品是新換的。真心點贊👍

房間大小還是可以，但是設施老舊，洗澡水不熱而且不能調節水温，空調温度打不上去，掛衣服的櫃子一打開，一層的灰，吹風機上卡着好多頭髮，按照這個條件，現在價格起碼要打個對摺

房間設施老化，與網上宣傳的不匹配。對當晚反映房間電話不能用、洗手液問題的和其他需求冷漠。次日管理人員主動聯繫我們，表示查實改進。希望，給後來利川遊客留下好印象。

老舊破，一進房間就是一股濃濃的腐臭味。到的時候都快十一點了，也就路過睡一覺而已，不然真的要重新換一個，以後一定認真看評論，做好攻略，不踩雷。

網上預訂了兩間房（4月28號-4月30號），4月28日入住酒店1903和1906房。29號早上起來，發現衞生間臭氣熏天，於是諮詢前台，前台説説個別現象，建議換一間，換到1905，並保證説1905一定沒問題，於是我同意了，並且還續了一晚上。結果1905和1906及1903一模一樣，白天因為開窗通氣聞不到，晚上關了門窗，早上起來，衞生間的臭氣薰得睜不開眼，後來問了服務員才得知，是酒店污水管出了問題，所有的房間都存在這個問題，而前台一直不承認。
而且住店時要求繳200元按金，離店時不僅不主動退錢，還説沒有收我按金，在我再三要求核查半天后才退了按金，這種黑店千萬不要住！
