The humidifier was not used much, but Tibet is indeed very dry. The air conditioner in the room can heat, so I was not afraid of the cold when taking a shower. It was just that on the last day, I woke up and found a bag of black things in the cabinet. I don’t know if it was put in by the staff. It scared me, but I didn’t care in the end. Anyway, I checked out.

The hotel service is good. We took the airport bus to the Potala Palace to pick us up. There was ginger candy tea in the lobby. The first picture is what I saw in the room. When I went out of the room and went upstairs, I saw the Sky Mirror. The two large mirrors reflected the beautiful back of the Potala Palace under the blue sky and white clouds. I would like to praise Director Li in particular. She picked us up at the hotel and helped us with the suitcases because she was worried about our altitude sickness. She was very considerate. We gathered at the hotel entrance at 7 o'clock in the evening and led the guests to explain the Potala Palace. Her language was clear and interesting. The most touching thing was that she took pictures for everyone in such a cold day. Her hands were frozen but she didn't complain. She made sure every guest received satisfactory photos. Her photography skills were also very good👍

I must give a big thumbs up to the Snow Dragon Manor Hotel in Lhasa, whether it is the surrounding environment (located on Sun Island, the Lhasa River is very quiet, and there are a lot of migratory birds to watch and shoot), or the level of service (the whole team is extremely warm and thoughtful, the security guards deliver the luggage to the room, the cleaning staff greets me when they meet, and Yang Rong who receives me is very thoughtful), and the level of hygiene. There are actually four washing machines and two dryers. The whole hotel is ******* style, but it doesn't look old or unhygienic at all. It takes 10 minutes to take a taxi to the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Nanshan Park, and 150 yuan to the airport. There are many delicious foods around, and takeaway meals are also delivered to the room. From 4 pm to 10 am the next day, the whole process is diffuse oxygen supply, the geothermal heat is also comfortable, disposable bath towels, furry slippers. I just didn't feel embarrassed to experience the indoor pick-up they said. There are both Chinese, ******* and Western breakfasts, which are very rich, and the meal starts at 8 am.

The hotel is listed as a four-star hotel. The exterior design is high-end and classy, ​​but the room facilities are not up to par. The room I stayed in on the first day had a temperature of 17 degrees on the display screen. The central air conditioner did not have warm air and only provided warm air at night, which was not in line with a four-star hotel. I stayed for another day on the second day and moved to a sunny room. However, the service attitude was very good. Both the manager and the front desk receptionist were warm and perfect, which was the standard of a five-star hotel. They also sent fruits, cakes and milk. It is very close to the Potala Palace.
