I have stayed for the third time, and I feel different every time, and every time is better. It has perfect functions, sanitation and clean, and there are cookies and fruits in the evening. It is a really good one. Choose Ji Cai when you come to Lhasa. 👍👍👍

真的無語 第一次住酒店遇到服務態度那麼差的酒店 門口的保安跟大爺一樣 叫他開一下柵欄一副拽的不行的態度 到了停車場轉了一圈衹看到一個停不進去的車位又出來了 出來的時候還是單行道 需要繞一大圈才能再到酒店 回來的時候跟前台説沒有車位了 有個藏族的男前台跟聽不懂人話一樣一直説有車位有車位 後面叫保安帶我們下去停車 我就説了一句那個車位太小了聽不進去 保安直接罵我對象是開的飛機嗎 真的無語 當個保安把他**壞了 這就是你們酒店服務態度嗎 本來都不想住了想退了有個漢族的前台小姐姐態度還可以加上當時已經快一點了就湊合住了 進房間後房間感覺裝修挺久了 浴巾什麼的也感覺已經用了很久了都不敢用 然後就是什麼迎新水果和點心一樣都沒有 第二天退房的時候叫前台把我微信加上開發票等到晚上也沒有迴應 總的來説服務態度特別差 不推薦大家選擇 拉薩那麼多酒店沒一個保安敢直接懟客人的 除了這家 可能這家酒店後台硬的連保安都**的很

酒店位置特別好 往左走是布宮廣場 往右走是八廓街 大昭寺。酒店有自己的地下停車場 很方便 自駕遊不錯的選擇。房間乾淨 洗澡水也很熱很舒服：服務員很友好 見面都會禮貌的問好 是個温暖的酒店。還有迎賓水果，酒店樓下有個素食火鍋 也很好吃 值得一試。出酒店往左走一點有個温莎咖啡 可以看布宮的景色 這次選擇吉彩 感覺完美圓滿。

設施：有瀰漫供氧，很適合剛來拉薩的遊客，聲音不算吵。加濕器噪音比較大。床很舒服。格局也不錯。
衞生：乾淨。
服務：有機器人送外賣，首晚提供的小零食小水果和紅景天很滿意。
環境：離布達拉宮和八廓街都非常近！步行10分鐘就到了！這個房型窗户外面不是户外。是酒店內部。

進藏第一晚住宿，聽説紅景天對高反有緩解，看到這家店的訂單描述很貼心，水果，點心，牛奶，紅景天飲品，伴手禮。專門選了這家店。但入住時無任何提醒。到晚上9點多，電話詢問反饋訂單裏的東西都已´下架´，不方便外購，就沒任何附加解釋了，説和領導彙報下給我結果。過了會，有水果送來，但無其他物品，第二次電話詢問，是另外一個服務員接的電話，反饋依舊是在攜程幾個月前早已下架，然後沒任何解釋了。我到前台和服務人員溝通，現場在攜程app中查看，那些小食飲品並沒有下架。服務人員無任何解釋，直接説酒店不提供這些了，也不會外購。不理解酒店的做法。再三溝通，無果。我就出去吃着東西了。晚上回來看到房間多了兩個紙杯，一杯牛奶，一杯不知名的無任何標註的水。
晚上睡覺，頭痛厲害，發現製氧機的氧氣檢測濃度一直在13%左右，直到晚上2點多還是這樣，等效海拔一直是3500米左右，於是拍了視頻到前台和服務人員反饋，服務人員説沒問題，製氧機就這樣，正常的，而且現在沒有檢修人員。第二天再説。給了一個衹能噴280秒的氧氣噴罐就沒結果了。一晚沒睡着。（後來在附近其他酒店看到的製氧機，開了以後氧氣濃度很快升到20%多，等效海拔也降到1000多米，在那個酒店睡覺也好。最後一張圖是其他酒店的製氧機。）
第二天離店退房時，服務人員收了房卡就無任何反應了，我提醒到訂單裏寫的伴手禮是啥，服務人員才在櫃枱下找出一個梳子給我，也沒拎袋啥的，這也太隨便了吧，和酒店的等級極不相符。
總之，第一次進藏，第一晚住宿印象是在太糟糕了。要不是後來在其他幾個酒店也住宿，我以為拉薩的酒店的服務就是這樣的態度。太失望了。

我認為這是拉薩最具性價比的酒店；
1）酒店的地理位置非常優越，10分鐘就可以到布達拉宮廣場、大昭寺；
2）房間比較大、也比較安靜、温度也比較高，服務員的服務都很熱情。
3）酒店按規定房間是下午16點到早上9點供養，如果你不舒服可以去大堂吸氧，或讓服務員單獨給房間供養，這點非常好。
4）就餐也非常方便，有一些小紅書推薦的餐館走路都不超過5分鐘，樓下還有美食一條街；
5）美中不足的是酒店早餐水果品種少，衹有西瓜和橙子，電視的節目就一個台（不過我也基本不看電視）
現在住攜程安排的拉薩陽光酒店，衹有對比了，才感覺吉彩酒店的性價比真高！
