Simple hotel with great dinner but breakfast is very mediocre. Service of staff is great also the tours that are arranged by the hotel are great and not expensive. Only negative is really breakfast for the rest in terms of price quality ratio is fine

We stayed here twice- one night before and one night after a trip into the Amazon. Rooms are huge, shower has hot water, restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. On our first stay, I thought the hotel was fine. Upon Rey from the jungle it fest like the Ritz Carlton. Perspective is everything. Location is great, staff are lovely and so very friendly and helpful. Pool is huge and very clean. Highly recommend. Something to consider- most locals regard this as the nicest hotel in Leticia. I can’t argue with that considering the other options I saw.

este viaje fue maravilloso, este hotel te ofrece una buena estancia, los desayunos pueden ser mejores son muy repetidos y optamos por desayunar por fuera, hay un restaurante llamado tierras antioqueñas pero de antioqueño no tiene nada, muy mal servicio y pesima comida, caminando de la puerta del hotel a mano derecha llegando a bancolombia hay un restaurante de un paisa muy buenos huevos, muy buenos pandebonos y buena atención, un sitio recomendable para pasar un rato agradable y una comida buena es el bar restaurante waira detrás del hotel anaconda. debo de dar un gran agradecimiento a sandra la secretaria que contesta en bogotá y a su gerente en el hotel por su amabilidad, gestión y complicidad, que tuvieron conmigo para hacer un detalle increible para mi esposa. la atención creo que es muy esmerada por los jovenes meseros creo que con una buena inducción y preparación serian unos magnificos meseros solo les falta ese empujoncito por parte de la administración, la comida a la carta es buena aunque un poco limitada por lo de la veda del pirarucu, las habitaciones siempre limpias y muy comodas la ubicación del hotel es de lo mejor, el unico ***** que tuvimos fue que nos toco pagar una penalidad por un tour que no hicimos, y por que no lo hicimos? por que nos sentimos muy mal atendidos, por el desorden que se veia en el puerto porque tal desorden nos genero mucha desconfianza entonces decidimos no hacerlo igual nos iban a cobrar todo el tour a lo cual nos negamos y optamos por pagar esa penalidad para no salir con rabia de leticia después de tan buen paseo

Pessoal muito gentil e atencioso. Piscina boa. O hotel precisa de remodelação. Não tem elevadores. Hospedagem recomendável para negócios melhor do que para turismo. Boa localização na praça principal da cidade com recursos perto. Preço competitivo.

Anuncian un hotel de cuatro estrellas, sin embargo, yo no le daría más de dos estrellas,las habitaciones muy básicas, no hay nada de amenities, el jabón de dispensador, agua caliente solo si lo preguntas, bajan un taco, en ese clima y no hay nevera en la habitación, la ponen con pago adicional, falta remodelación, Leticia para Colombia y el mundo genera una gran expectativa, el precio y categoría del hotel no corresponden

Excelente ubicación cerca del muelle, comercio, al lado tiendas de recuerdos y restaurantes reconocidos de la ciudad muy buen desayuno, piscina y servicio. Sería bueno mejorar la fachada para atraer.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel in sehr guter Lage mit Pool, der aber auch als Freibad für Familien aus dem Ort genutzt wird. Bezahlt wird an der Rezeption und dann steht einem Freibadbesuch für die Kinder nichts mehr im Weg. Teilweise ist es dadurch etwas lauter im Poolbereich, uns hat es aber nie gestört. Die Zimmer sind basic, Fenster und Balkontüren schließen nicht moskitodicht, so dass es ratsam ist, die Vorhänge zusätzlich zu zuziehen. Bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt hatten wir eine warme Dusche, beim zweiten Mal war die Dusche leider immer kalt. Das Frühstück war das schrecklichste auf unsere gesamten Reise durch Kolumbien, kaum Auswahl und kaum Speisen, aufgebackene Industriecroissants, Arrepoas, etwas Obst, das wars. Grausam. Das Personal im Hotel ist insgesamt freundlich, David ist der Beste!!

Buena atención de recepción y en el restaurante. El desayuno y las comidas son correctas aunque con escasa diversidad. Las habitaciones son amplias. La conectividad a internet a veces no funciona bien.
