經理、前台和打掃人員都很友善，房間非常乾淨，裝修風格簡潔也很新，整體服務人員有素質，不管是打掃，還是辦理入住，流暢，感覺很舒服。服務態度很好，一開始住五樓，後來調整到四樓，辦理很順利。周邊還有兩個公園逛逛，樓下有超市和各類餐飲店 很方便。

酒店鬧中取靜，雖在大路邊上，但不會嘈雜。房間空間大，前台服務態度優秀，讓客人賓至如歸，地理位置很好，去哪裡都非常方便，會再次選擇入住的酒店。各方麪條件均不錯

救命！酒店直接封神！剛到酒店，門僮就熱情幫忙搬運行李。走進房間，香薰淡雅的味道撲面而來，舒緩了旅途的疲憊。床品親膚，還有多種枕頭可供挑選，細節太到位了。到了用餐時間，酒店餐廳菜品精緻美味，大廚還會根據口味喜好調整。晚上在恆温泳池暢遊，愜意十足。全程服務貼心、響應迅速，這家寶藏酒店，沖就對了 ！

環境：附近超市，小餐館很多，非常便利，離市政府廣場一公里左右。

樂平天湖酒店服務確實可以，設施太差勁了，電視打不開、關不了，床頭小平板都是塌的，衞生間的污水都往外溢。可憐前台的女生想把事情做好，這樣的環境她也沒辦法。

停車還是比較方便，服務枱的姑娘還是蠻熱情的，詳細介紹周邊情況，提供了方便。房間有較重的煙味和裝修味，雖然換了被套但被子還是有很重的煙味，建議定期曬曬被子枕頭，給客人提供優質的服務。

浴室沒有乾濕分離，洗澡水下不去全都漫出來。 隔音效果差，不像24年剛裝修的樣子。 明明是賓館還打着酒店的幌子
