維也納酒店（樂平市政府店）整體來説體驗一般，有優點也有不少槽點。
優點：
前台服務不錯，工作人員王女士態度很好，辦理入住和退房都挺高效，遇到問題也願意幫忙解決。
缺點：
價格偏高，按這個房價來説，性價比不太行，感覺不太值。
設施有點老舊，裝修和設備看起來都有些年頭了，沒有什麼亮點。
房間和走廊的佈局不太合理，走動不太方便，住起來不夠舒服。
總的來説，如果只是短暫入住，對服務比較看重，這家酒店還行。但如果更在意房間舒適度和性價比，建議多對比看看其他選擇。

一進房間就有味道，空調很久才有效果，房間電視非常模糊，比較落後了，房間隔音效果很差，凌晨隔壁還有人唱歌，電視放一整晚，非常影響睡眠。攜程給與的權益也沒用上，房間並沒有房型可升級。這個價格住旁邊麗楓酒店會舒心很多。

房間比較寬暢，設施齊全，冬天陽光充足，不開空調就很温暖，前台服務熱情，辦理業務迅速，酒店有專用停車場，停車很方便，全5星好評。
