一家老小4個人出遊，所以定了V2套房，房型是2張1.51米床可以住4個人。入住時發現是兩張1.2米的小床。反覆和前台確認是不是開錯房間了，前台説“沒有開錯，你這就是V2房，網上的訊息填錯了” 導致我們一家老小4個人擠在兩張1.2米的床上睡了兩天。最後退60元了事。問題總結如下 1.提供房型和預訂房型不符，涉嫌欺詐。2. 因為4個人入住多要兩個枕頭，被告知沒有。3. 沒有一次性拖鞋。塑料拖鞋也衹有兩雙。4.第二天我們沒有放請勿打掃牌，但沒有進行房間清潔，毛巾都沒有換。4. 隔音比較差。我很少給酒店差評的，但第一條實在比較讓人氣憤。
