We were already in this hotel several times. Despite a long advance booking we got a room to the kitchen. Because it was very hot, the airblower was heard very loudly at open window. After interview in the reception we were professionally treated by the lady. Despite full covering for a concert, we got a quieter room. This is customer service and that at a hotel with 330 beds! 👍 Breakfast is very good and perfectly organized. Bravo to management.

There is free parking outside the hotel, and there are plenty of parking spaces - this is a hotel where customers and restaurants are integrated, and the room we live in is in the VILLA area. It can be rented at this price and it is great value. Of course, its location is best to drive past by yourself. The decoration of the room has been around for a certain period of time, of course, this has no special impact on the experience of staying. Although I brought the kitchen, I don't know why there are no kitchen utensils. I arrived at the hotel very late. There is no restaurant to open the door. I want to make something to eat, but there are no kitchen utensils such as meal pots and plates. There are stoves and nothing can be done. I didn't want to understand this: it is better not to label the kitchen, since the label has the kitchen should bring the matching kitchenware together. The hotel has no front desk staff after 8 pm. You need to go to the Access Code issued by the hotel to get the key and then find the room by yourself. We booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.
