We were already in this hotel several times. Despite a long advance booking we got a room to the kitchen. Because it was very hot, the airblower was heard very loudly at open window. After interview in the reception we were professionally treated by the lady. Despite full covering for a concert, we got a quieter room. This is customer service and that at a hotel with 330 beds! 👍 Breakfast is very good and perfectly organized. Bravo to management.

Warm hotel, full of love. The proprietress is very good, warmly introduces the surrounding traffic, prompts a fireworks show at night, and provides a brief map. Especially breakfast, freshly baked bread, large pieces of fruit, is the best breakfast I have in Germany, unexpected joy!
