All in all a good experience. The rooms are big and spacious. Food and breakfast very good but you should look into staff friendliness in Reception and at breakfast. Drinks and bar staff were super! Nice area surrounding the hotel, and easy to get to city centre.

Very nice hotel in a magnificent exotic setting, spacious and quiet room with a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden (with palm trees and decorated with great taste), very friendly staff, numerous parking lots around the hotel. We enjoyed this little oasis of peace.

The two of us were in Heidelberg for a weekend! The hotel is GREAT! Everything was great (parking, room, breakfast, dinner)! The room was a nice size and very clean! (Minibar included!) The location is also good - less than 5 minutes to the S-Bahn in Leimen, which takes you directly to Heidelberg in about 30 minutes! Day tickets were also available at the hotel! All the staff were very nice and helpful! Our conclusion: Villa Toskana is absolutely recommended!!

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Despite booking well in advance, we were given a room facing the kitchen. As it was very hot, the exhaust fan was very loud when the window was open. After speaking to reception, the lady treated us professionally. Despite the hotel being fully booked because of a concert, we were given a quieter room. That's customer service, and that in a hotel with 330 beds!👍 The breakfast is extremely good and perfectly organized. Bravo to the management.
