Das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen, alles sehr sauber, sehr große Zimmer. Tolle Ausstattung und sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Mann spürt direkt beim betreten des Hotels dass es ein Familienbetrieb ist und alles mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet wurde. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und vorzuheben. Preis Leistung passt hier auf jeden Fall. Sehr gute Anbindung nach Heidelberg mit der Tramp ( Linie 23 ) Wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. We have stayed at this hotel several times. Despite booking well in advance, we were given a room facing the kitchen. As it was very hot, the exhaust fan was very loud when the window was open. After speaking to reception, the lady treated us professionally. Despite the hotel being fully booked because of a concert, we were given a quieter room. That's customer service, and that in a hotel with 330 beds!👍 The breakfast is extremely good and perfectly organized. Bravo to the management.

We booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

Convenient location with easy access to both Autobahn and historic Heidelberg via tram stop just outside the door. Free, safe parking. Hotel owners trained in USA and speak fluent English. Unusual for a traditional German hotel, clean rooms are air-conditioned and accessible by elevator. Comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. Wonderful breakfast included in price. Bar offers great food and astounding variety of spirits and cocktails. Car aficionados: take note of hood ornaments displayed in typically ”gemütlich” restaurant Stube. Wish we could have stayed for more than one night. Highly recommended!

Overall, the Acora Heidelberg is highly recommended! You just have to know what to expect. This hotel is very anonymous, as there is only a digital check-in. I didn't come into contact with any staff once in my four-day stay. But it wasn't necessary, as everything worked perfectly digitally. I had the simplest room category. The furnishings here were definitely a lot less lovely than in the photos shown on the Internet. But it was a purely functional stay in Heidelberg and the hotel is really good for that (and much cheaper than other hotels). The room and bathroom were clean, everything was perfect. The location is also very quiet, which is nice. You should note that you are quite far away from the old town and the sights. A car is definitely recommended! There is a huge Rewe (with bistro), dm and Aldi right down the street. In terms of shopping, you are well catered for! I would come back!
