Tricky to exit hotel to safe pedestrian area as in the middle of an Island

Our room was facing circular road and its window didn’t close properly, so we struggled to sleep by the traffic noise. Apart from that, we loved our stay.

Very pleasant experience. Walking distance to the town center and the Leicester University. Breakfast is wonderful with fresh fruits.

Lovely centrally located hotel. Staff as always very friendly and accommodating. Managed to get our room and our son's room across the hall and nothing was too much trouble. Have stayed here before and would definitely stay again. Would definitely recommend

Generally clean. Friendly, professional staff. Good breakfast. Not easy to access on foot- took us a while to find the pedestrian access through a car park. Refrigerator was missing from the room.

Breakfast was amazing. Room is comfortable. Overall a nice stay. Leicester High Street walking distance. Also walked over from Leicester Train station… Nice 10 mins walk passing through the High Street

This is the hotel I stay at every time I go to Leicester. It's opposite the High Cross and the location is excellent, very convenient. It's only a ten-minute walk from Tesco. The only inconvenience is the parking lot. One day the battery was out and I couldn't get in or out, so I had to park in the High Cross parking lot, which was a long walk.
