The room I was given was wrong at the beginning. After I changed it, the facilities were old and shabby, the bed had a sour smell and white hair. The breakfast was made in advance and there was nothing to eat. I didn't feel full.

In January of this year, for the second time, we held our Winter Awards Ceremony at Winstanley House in the Grand Ballroom. The event is designed to celebrate our hardworking staff, as a group of care homes in the Midlands. We had the most wonderful night. The venue is stunning, our event coordinator Emily couldn't have been more lovely, the food delicious and everyone who was involved so helpful and friendly. Thank you!

I organised a BHANGRA FUSION CHARITY NIGHT at this wonderful venue. From viewing the venue, to booking, any site visits, to the actual day, Beth and the team were extremely supportive and accommodating throughout making taking lots of pressure off of me! The night was superb, great ambience was created. A huge Thank you to Beth and the team ❤️

Amazing staff, lovely rooms, fantastic food, a few drinks in the cocktail bar after a lovely meal, Ella and the team make you feel comfortable and welcome, I cannot recommend this hotel enough, well done everyone The hotel is in the middle of a park, strange driving in but once you reach the hotel it’s worth the wait

Celebration of life. Funeral. Winstanley venue ….The pavilion room was excellent. Food ( Caribbean ) was fantastic and staff were great. Had no complaints at all …..Plenty of space inside and out. Beth. Who organises the event was great..

I just was going to message Isobel and the whole team at winstanely today from me and kartik! We had the best wedding day ever and this is all due to you and your team ! The whole day at Winstanely was a dream day for us. Everything was more then perfect and so beautiful like a dream. We enjoyed each and every moments and we would specifically like to give a huge thank you to you Isobel! You have been a star , extremely good and amazing human being ! I am soooooo glad that you coordinated and helped out with the whole day. Every single moment was special was us. I still remember walking down the aisle and the moments before where you calmed me down from my room to the wedding ceremony room. It was so beautiful and I loved how you handled everything. I don’t think I have the words to say thank you and I feel a thank you isn’t enough either. Thank you so so so much we are so grateful that we chose winstanely and that you handles the whole day! You have been amazing and we’re absolutely fantastic with everything and everyone. Youre the most friendly and the most beautiful person inside and outside. Thank you so much. The rooms to stay in were absolutely the best and the warmest welcome. Loved every single thing including the food, and venue and the people. Love from Jenita & Kartik!

We had an amazing stay. It was really wonderful. The staff were fantastic and food was wonderful. The place was tidy and the furnishings were really nice. I thought it was reasonably priced. I couldn’t afford it. Thank you so much. I’ll recommend.
