Bnb 95mo

Despite the previous reviews I noticed that the criticisms were very constructive and the B&B has improved significantly. The TV worked; we didn't have air conditioning but on the other hand there was an excellent fan; breakfast was not left in the room but offered at a bar a few meters from the structure; the room was clean and perfumed, with hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. All this in relation to a convenient price and within everyone's reach. If I were to return to this city I would not hesitate to wake it up.
Hotel Aloisi

Unfortunately I had the worst night sleep I've ever had in this hotel. Well to be accurate, I got no sleep at all! They have spent money on doing up their hotel and the lobby and restaurant looks stunning, and the breakfast was great. However, they have not given the same attention to detail to their rooms. There was a smell that was like drains in the room which was horrible. There is a dangerous shelf with a metal railings hanging above the place you put a suitcase which my partner hit his head on the sharp corner... not a clever decision to put it there. The paintwork in our room was unfinished, the towels were threadbare, and the mattress was truly terrible - so cheap and so uncomfortable I was in great pain. I went to complain at 2am and was taken to another empty room to give me a pillow from the bed there - I asked if I could sleep in that room instead but I was told I wasn't allowed to. We had a second night there, so as I could not sleep due to the cheap old mattress, I spent the night searching for another hotel to stay in. It then took two more days to get the hotel to refund me for the second night and lots of phone calls as they had to take it up with the hotel owner Aloisi who was on holiday. They should have refunded me for the first night too really as I was treated terribly. Even the nice Receptionist on the desk in the morning -Maurizio said they didn't get it right, and I should have been offered another room. So no personal service received there at all. It would have been nice to have heard from Aloisi himself with an apology.

Old Town
Excellent location, 20 minutes walk from train station and back door gives direct access to the brilliant centro storico. Very pleasant stay at the Arryvo Hotel. Very modern interior, modern room design, with comfortable bed and clean rooms. A nice seating area on the first floor and a sizable coffee shop/restaurant. Breakfast is a la carte from the menu and was a refreshing change from the norm of buffet breakfasts. The onsite washing and drying machines were a massive bonus. Extremely warm welcome at reception on check-in, extremely helpful and similar upon checkout. Id absolutely stay again if I return to Lecce in future.

Strategic location, Central but quiet. Swallowed in the green of a square. Bars and locals for young people nearby but with timetables without disturbing until late. New, clean and very clean rooms in every detail. It cleans every day except Sunday. Stay inexception. With a slight bonus holidays plus but sure to return to us.

Alloggio tenuto benissimo con tutti i comfort e dettagli squisiti ovunque. Insonorizzato, tende black-out, materasso e cuscini comodi. Vista sulle mura e la cattedrale vicinanza estrema con il centro storico. Comunicazione e disponibilità dei proprietari 10 e lode!

Old Town
Reserved on a portal where the photos seemed to describe a beautiful, clean and clean place. When we arrived, as we climbed into the building and approached our room, the good hopes slowly decreased. The nightmare began when they arrived in the room, and the dirty, clean, thumbs and other things were not visible, especially in the bathroom. The washing floor, a shower with hair and air conditioner (the bath was blind) without cover, and from where all the accumulated powder was widely spent. This is just the beginning. From 23.00 you start to hear the scream and boys speak all night until late down the street. But it is not a simple confusion that you can expect. As the oldest infixes, the thin glasses seem to have those people in the room; we couldn't sleep, our son was scared and found no sleep. Shots in the street and after 4:00 when the silence was almost falling, a rush that lasts for at least 30 minutes, crying and saying, a night of night night, and such a place should not even be open. And yet it is called a place” sustainable ”yes, everything except the account! to not talk about the common room that is in the opposite floor, so to have breakfast you have to go out in the cold and go to the other apartment. I do not recommend especially to families and people who love hygiene. We booked from another place and the next morning we fled losing 50% of the total but it was not viable for a moment.
