We had a suite on the 4th floor. The good stuff: 1. Hotel is in a great location 2. The room was very large and it had a lovely big terrace 3. Room was well appointed and spotlessly clean 4. Lovely big comfy bed 5. The valet parking service is very efficient 6. Welcoming staff 7. Water, fruit and sparking wine in the room The stuff that could be better: 1. Very small bathroom considering the size of the room with weirdly a huge 2 person jacuzzi bath in a separate room which I couldn’t work out how to use. Would be better to have a decent size bathroom with an ordinary bath in it 2. Breakfast not included and was overpriced at 25 euros per person to add it on 3. No tea or coffee making facilities 4. There were so many light switches and lots of them didn’t make sense. It took ages to work out which switch turned on each light. Overall I recommend this hotel as a good place to stay.

One of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed, I came here for my birthday and my god it was phenomenal, we stayed in the room with the underground pool and it didn’t disappoint, we were so relaxed and had the best stay ever, we were greeted and treat like royalty nothing was ever too much, the manager was so pleasant and welcoming and we’re all the staff, we went to the roof top party and it was amazing still feeling very welcomed and special, breakfast in the morning was one of the best continentals I’ve ever seen in my life, we will definitely be coming back here thank you to all at hotel for giving me and my husband the best experience xx

We were with a basketball team, and we stayed for two days. First of all, congratulations to the chef for the very tasty and well prepared dishes, while staying in the course of sports meals; then congratulations to the staff: gentle and available. The structure is very beautiful in winter with bad weather, let's imagine in summer, even though the position is a little ”isolated”. Well furnished and clean rooms, with large bathroom.

The B&b is in a quiet and central location. I booked and sent photos of the documents to anticipate check-in. When I arrived at about 17:00, no one was welcomed. I called the owner who told me to take the key to the postal room in the mailbox, and the key was not there for which I had to wait 30 minutes to get to me. The room was very fancy: furnished with new and good taste parts, he needed considerable maintenance. The door handle was detached, the handle used as a comforter was stepping forward, and the bathroom was fun, but without bidet, with the washing and shower rubinets that spark water in every direction, the water waste it was badly working, there was only one roll of medium-used toilet paper and there were no promised bath products (i traveled by air I had not brought my own). The owner had the answer to my remarks, saying he knew about these disguises, but all was under maintenance. The promised house breakfast could not be provided because the room was in maintenance, so I was given a voucher to enjoy breakfast in a nearby bar. What to say? If the room needs maintenance, don't rent it. The impression was that maintenance was planned but was procrastinated in the future; given the quality-price ratio, I cannot complain, but some more observation would make my stay more comfortable. I stayed at 8+hotel for the second time, after a few years and continues not to disappoint. Cosy, clean, car place. Nearby there are pubs, pizzeria and quality restaurants.
The Hotel Restaurant the NEGROAMARO is a nice location x dinner and lunch with a nice menu with very tasteful and tasteful dishes.
Abundant breakfast is excellent for crustaceans and leccy pâtisseries.
The centre is easily reached in car

I can’t even begin to share the experience of staying at Palazzo Sant Anna Lecce! The location is on one edge of Old Town near the market. You enter through an unassuming door; but then it’s like opening a present…behold the wonders of the hotel! The rooms are beautifully adorned and each of the rooms have a name, all with different interiors. Learned about the history of the structure as it dates back to feudalism times. In all my travels and engaging with various staff, the individuals who are employed by this establishment by far are some of the most hospitable staff I have ever met. Their willingness to check in with you each time you see them and their offers to always assist surpassed my wildest dreams! The breakfast area and service exceeds the typical European breakfast. There are a large variety of options including made to order eggs. I never left hungry after breakfast! The hotel hosted an evening reception during my 5 day stay…it was lovely under lights on one of their 3 terraces. A spa will be opening soon…will have to come back to enjoy this. Thank you, Deanna/Alfonso/Mateo/Francesca, for making my staff incredible! I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Lecce.

Ppaulrob200Excellent location, 20 minutes walk from train station and back door gives direct access to the brilliant centro storico. Very pleasant stay at the Arryvo Hotel. Very modern interior, modern room design, with comfortable bed and clean rooms. A nice seating area on the first floor and a sizable coffee shop/restaurant. Breakfast is a la carte from the menu and was a refreshing change from the norm of buffet breakfasts. The onsite washing and drying machines were a massive bonus.
Extremely warm welcome at reception on check-in, extremely helpful and similar upon checkout. Id absolutely stay again if I return to Lecce in future.

Stanze ampie, luminose, pulitissime e fornite di tutti i comfort e di porte blindate. Lo staff molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in in anticipo, agevolando il nostro soggiorno (purtroppo breve) a Lecce. La colazione varia, genuina e abbondante, dolce e salata. Ho apprezzato tantissimo il caffè servito nella moka. La proprietaria disponibilissima, discreta e molto accogliente ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Consiglio Casa Mamma Elvira e ci tornerò sicuramente. Gianluca from the front desk was one of the most helpful and friendly people we’ve met on the trip; so accommodating for our needs and helpful with some bookings. The breakfast spread by the wonderful staff was delicious and SO MUCH FOOD! They accommodated my gluten free partner very easily and were so friendly - always with big smiles. The rooftop was great - but certainly very very hot in summer once the sun was up so get to breakfast at a decent time. The rooms were lovely were perfectly clean, comfortable and well set-up. I had to work from there and the desk was ideal!

CChristutiGreat place with amazing, friendly, courteous staff. They were all very attentive and on the ready. Free parking around the building wasn’t an issue. Great beaches only about 25-30 minutes drive away. They have certain activities and recommendations in case you don’t come in with a plan but there are definitely plenty of places to check out. Booked a private room for 2 people and it was big and spacious. Shared bathroom and showers were on the same floor and very close. Typical hostel vibes. Would recommend and consider staying again.

We fell on our feeding this absolute gem. Hidden away in Lecce this beautiful B&B was not easy to find and parking the car in the courtyard was even more challenging. But once found, it was worth the effort. Our large room, with a separate attached en suite, was beautiful decorated as was the whole apartment that forms this classical bed and breakfast. Breakfast was included and they catered for my gluten-free (Celiac) needs. Breakfast included coffee, juice, fruit and much more. We were met by the manager who helped us settle in and showed us around the beautiful apartment. You need to be aware that the owner of the apartment is about but in no way gets in the way. The B&B is centrally located right in the centre of the old city, so it is an easy walk to all the gates, cathedrals and all the other sites worth visiting in Lecce. We stayed two nights and I would highly recommend this accommodation. There is free WiFi, air conditioning (and heating) and a fridge and kettle in the room.

The city's water quality is relatively hard, and it's not recommended to drink the boiled water with a kettle. The hotel does not provide drinking water, you need to buy it yourself.

Dirty is the word. Should have listened to other reviewers about the cleanliness of this hotel and the rude staff. So, firstly, our greeting at midday as we walked into this not so easy to find hotel was ‘you’re too early for checkin’. My absolute pet hate greeting. Not a greeting at all. As I then explained to the ‘gentleman’ behind the counter, I can tell the time. All we wanted to do was to leave luggage. What ever happened to ‘let’s see what we can do?’ As we all know not all hotels run at 100% every night meaning there may be empty clean rooms. Okay, so the lack of lighting in the bedroom we can almost cope with. No overhead lighting at all. Just three lamps. iPhone torch essential to try and work out how to use the air conditioning. The air conditioning doesn’t really work anyway. The lack of light in the bathroom is a bigger worry. Again no overhead lighting just the flickering backlight behind the mirror. But perhaps low lighting is not a bad idea given the cleanliness of the bathroom, more on that later. Lack of lighting in the bathroom is unacceptable. The shower screen in the bathroom makes no sense the way it works, designed for thin people only. Not acceptable. The shower head is wrong design and the holder is broken and so just doesn’t work. Therefore the shower head has to be handheld which we do not find convenient at all. Not acceptable. Marks/stains on the very thin threadbare towels, not acceptable. But the cleanliness of the bathroom was the real worry. Wiping the floor, on day one, with the bath mat turned it brown as in faeces brown. But let’s give them a chance. So next day, in theory after the room has been cleaned, there are still those unidentified brown marks on the wall by the toilet paper holder. You can decide what they are. The toilet seat is poorly attached and moves. Not acceptable. Curtain rails but no curtains? Who took the curtains? Breakfast was reasonable. The guy, Nicola, serving coffee at breakfast was very good. Rooms were small. Have I mentioned the tiny black creatures that look like ants on the bedside table? I just hope they are not bed bugs. Check our guy was almost friendly and pleasant. Thanks to him. I must finish. Would we ever stay there again? Absolutely not. Would I recommend it? Absolutely not. Would I ask for my money back. Yes! Would I ever get it? I guess not!!

HHack VoyageClose to the center. 15 minutes on foot. Spacious (deluxe) room with shower. Great television with hdmi port. 2 armchairs, large dressing room, large bed. Hearty breakfast. Spacious elevator. Bad point the carpet in the room which is not hygienic. The night luminosity: emergency exit light visible, just like that of the air conditioning.
