Find the Cheap Lecce Hotels

We had a suite on the 4th floor. The good stuff: 1. Hotel is in a great location 2. The room was very large and it had a lovely big terrace 3. Room was well appointed and spotlessly clean 4. Lovely big comfy bed 5. The valet parking service is very efficient 6. Welcoming staff 7. Water, fruit and sparking wine in the room The stuff that could be better: 1. Very small bathroom considering the size of the room with weirdly a huge 2 person jacuzzi bath in a separate room which I couldn’t work out how to use. Would be better to have a decent size bathroom with an ordinary bath in it 2. Breakfast not included and was overpriced at 25 euros per person to add it on 3. No tea or coffee making facilities 4. There were so many light switches and lots of them didn’t make sense. It took ages to work out which switch turned on each light. Overall I recommend this hotel as a good place to stay.

One of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed, I came here for my birthday and my god it was phenomenal, we stayed in the room with the underground pool and it didn’t disappoint, we were so relaxed and had the best stay ever, we were greeted and treat like royalty nothing was ever too much, the manager was so pleasant and welcoming and we’re all the staff, we went to the roof top party and it was amazing still feeling very welcomed and special, breakfast in the morning was one of the best continentals I’ve ever seen in my life, we will definitely be coming back here thank you to all at hotel for giving me and my husband the best experience xx

Unfortunately I had the worst night sleep I've ever had in this hotel. Well to be accurate, I got no sleep at all! They have spent money on doing up their hotel and the lobby and restaurant looks stunning, and the breakfast was great. However, they have not given the same attention to detail to their rooms. There was a smell that was like drains in the room which was horrible.There is a dangerous shelf with a metal railings hanging above the place you put a suitcase which my partner hit his head on the sharp corner... not a clever decision to put it there. The paintwork in our room was unfinished, the towels were threadbare, and the mattress was truly terrible - so cheap and so uncomfortable I was in great pain. I went to complain at 2am and was taken to another empty room to give me a pillow from the bed there - I asked if I could sleep in that room instead but I was told I wasn't allowed to. We had a second night there, so as I could not sleep due to the cheap old mattress, I spent the night searching for another hotel to stay in. It then took two more days to get the hotel to refund me for the second night and lots of phone calls as they had to take it up with the hotel owner Aloisi who was on holiday. They should have refunded me for the first night too really as I was treated terribly. Even the nice Receptionist on the desk in the morning -Maurizio said they didn't get it right, and I should have been offered another room. So no personal service received there at all. It would have been nice to have heard from Aloisi himself with an apology.

Arrived in Lecce hotel to hot rooms, no in room internet, cots in rooms? closed pool and location in middle of no where. Very Late to try to organize a dinner in Lecce (on a Friday night) Hotel food service was disapponting . Limited menu, poor service, unpleasant atmosphere (in a large banquet hall) This hotel was a big disappointment. Too far from the city as we were booked in for three nights as part of a tour package. Hotel tried to tell us that rooms do have wifi internet. Previous reviews on social media say that this hotel has spotty/no Wi-Fi in rooms. Appears to be on going issue. Given it is classed as a conference centre I don't know why they didn't have suitable internet. Throughout our other 3 weeks in Italy it was never a problem. Guests should be informed prior to stay that outdoor pool closes Sept 1st. Would have definitely spent last afternoon at pool if we could. Instead, looked at a green pool through the window. Generally grounds looked a bit overgrown and under managed. Surrounding area around hotel and roads leading into hotel were dirty and unkept.

The B&b is in a quiet and central location. I booked and sent photos of the documents to anticipate check-in. When I arrived at about 17:00, no one was welcomed. I called the owner who told me to take the key to the postal room in the mailbox, and the key was not there for which I had to wait 30 minutes to get to me. The room was very fancy: furnished with new and good taste parts, he needed considerable maintenance. The door handle was detached, the handle used as a comforter was stepping forward, and the bathroom was fun, but without bidet, with the washing and shower rubinets that spark water in every direction, the water waste it was badly working, there was only one roll of medium-used toilet paper and there were no promised bath products (i traveled by air I had not brought my own). The owner had the answer to my remarks, saying he knew about these disguises, but all was under maintenance. The promised house breakfast could not be provided because the room was in maintenance, so I was given a voucher to enjoy breakfast in a nearby bar. What to say? If the room needs maintenance, don't rent it. The impression was that maintenance was planned but was procrastinated in the future; given the quality-price ratio, I cannot complain, but some more observation would make my stay more comfortable. Just go into the room with a pin and a stick ...

In these apartments it is perfect: excellent location (all sights in 5 minutes walk, with quiet location without extra noise and vagueness), a spacious, convenient room with very high ceilings. Of the features that should be noted, the apartments are on the 2nd floor in a house without an elevator, the access process to the room itself can be a little ”confused” but will always help you.
