Then pool was okay but the birds kept on flying in and drinking from it so I got out of there to avoid avian flu which would have destroyed my vacation. They need to really keep the birds out of the pool. They also don’t have a clothing steamer or irons so you might need to wear your wrinkly clothes or pay them and they return it back ironed the next day. The toilets had low water pressure so sometimes to took like 3-5 flushes to get rid of all the toilet paper and poop. The location is about 1 km from the city centre and a bit further from the Leece station. The breakfast was comprehensive and had the standard things like hams, cheeses, pancake machine and ice creams and gelato for 15eu . This is probably a good value since a pasta is about 10-13 eu nearby anndni nthe city centre including the taxes. I don’t know if I’d stay here again.

I think this is one of the best structures in Salento. Lecce is a wonderful city and the Hotel offers you everything you ask for to stay in tranquillity I also got to appreciate the restaurant, good local food and well worked by the Chef. Compliments!

Stayed at this hotel as the first stay on Riviera tour of Puglia. Room was very dated, awful shower hardly worked, not very clean, not what you would expect from the Hilton. Food average, my wife is vegan and all she was served was a bowl of lettuce leaves. Certainly would not want to stay here again. Have complained to Riviera who have failed to respond after 36 days having told us that they would respond within 28 days according to ABTA regulations, This was our first experience with Riviera travel , NEVER again . Be warned !

Come on Hilton - you can do better than this. Stayed here for 2 nights as part of Riviera Travel's tour of Puglia. On the surface, the hotel looks clean and modern. However, our room was small and the bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. The food for dinner was poor. The breakfast buffet was chaotic, shambolic and disastrous. Not good at all. We would never have chosen a hotel like this - Riviera Travel chose it. Pretty bad.

If you want a hotel for a bus tour this is the place to go. Its main focus is on bus tour groups, making the place extremely busy. If you want a relaxed quiet place, go elsewhere. Rooms were generous size and well serviced. Bar staff were hot and cold,meaning either brilliant or rude. Breakfast was so busy and unpleasant as the tour groups had to eat and go!

The hotel rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The meal that we had with our group tour was just below average and the breakfast was totally chaotic with overstretched staff. The layout of the buffet breakfast was unfathomable, with awful bottlenecks that caused delays. Many items were in a refrigerator tucked around a corner and easily missed. We kept having to ask where things were and to get items that had run out refilled. I think the management needs to do a total rethink on how breakfast is laid out and served.

Stayed here two night as part of a Riviera tour. The room was fine in a slightly dated modern way. The entrance was dark with fake teak laminate panels. The safe was low so you had to get down on your knees to tap in the code. The main issue was the dinner which had been prebooked, was not great. The service was chaotic and slow. The pasta was not good and this was our first taste of Italy. So disappointing. Breakfast was adequate but again service chaotic. So room three star; dinner and breakfast 2 star. Sadly not a 4 star experience.

Typical hilton four star hotel with roof top swimming pool. Well furnished room, especially the superior rooms, large bright and modern with all amenities. Free parking outside, staff friendly and efficient. Hotel caters for coaches and large groups so at time like breakfast service can be overwhelmed. The mayor down side a good 25 minute walk to the old town, through dark dingy street.

Very disappointing stay for two nights in June. Stayed as part of a Riviera tour of Puglia. Our room was fine but sadly the food and service were very poor . On the first night I ordered an Aperol Spritz which was served in a cheap plastic glass usually seen at a children’s party . I was told there were no clean glasses - consequently I refused the drink . I don’t expect to pay hotel bar prices to be served in a disposable plastic cup . Dinner was also poor . I had preordered the vegetarian option ( I’m not vegetarian) but I had read not very positive reviews of the other options . After waiting until most of my fellow diners had finished their meal I was finally ‘thrown’ a bowl of green salad leaves . When I queried where the zucchini was I was told it was finished . Our tour manager intervened and I finally got my vegetarian option . Service and attitude pretty poor . Breakfast was adequate can’t really say more than that . Disappointing that despite numerous poor reviews Riviera are still using this hotel .

All staff very friendly and helpful at front desk. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of fruit, cooked hot breakfast, juices etc. barista coffee amazing. We were thee in 38 degrees but some breeze in day enhanced the lovely rooftop pool. Comfy loungers with shade attachment. Great large room with balcony on floor 6. Good Aircon, kettle and bath/shower. Highly recommend we were there as a couple on easyJet package for a week . If staying that long you need to hire a car to see other sites and get to lovely beaches 20 mins by car. Zero public transport.
