There was problem with the payment. Already prepaid online but the staff said couldn’t take out the payment. So I paid double, but I got refunded from trip.com.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was a bit smaller than expected but had all the amenities. It's 30mins away from the centre by public transport.

The room is not big, but the price/performance ratio is high. The breakfast service is very considerate, which is much more convenient than going out to find food. It is also close to Chinatown, which makes it very convenient to do things and has no obstacles in life. Recommended

The ibis Puerta de Italia hotel has terrible customer service. They treat you badly and with indifference. I had my reservation with breakfast included and the manager wanted to charge me twice for breakfast and spoke to me rudely. Horrible. The room had hundreds of ants and the breakfasts were very poor and scarce.
