Nice hotel in a very good location - 5 minutes by walk from train and bus station, 20-30 minutes by walk to center and all main sightseeings. Well designed rooms and hall.

The hotel was really nice, we stayed there for one night. We felt it was a bit far off from the town centre.  there is facility to use the kitchen but we didn’t feel the need. The reception staff were generally nice. They could’ve been a bit more welcoming and warm especially at check in, we felt language was a bit of a barrier.

The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. The bed is very comfortable and all in general is good. Kitchenette is also good, with items that can be handy. I had a nice stay.

很失望！本來看了好幾家最終還是選擇在這裏，網上圖片看起來還不錯，但實際上就像是學生公寓一樣。旁邊什麼業態也沒有，背靠着一處拆遷的工地，十分荒涼。前台的服務質量令人堪憂，本來天氣就冷，冒着風鑽進酒店，服務員懶懶散散的從小房間的床上爬下來，拖拖拉拉來給我辦理入住。
房間裏很冷，空調不太管用，而且沒有拖鞋，沒有飲用水，也沒有洗漱用品，包括牙刷牙膏這些必需品！我下去找前台要，她們居然説這些都是需要自己購買的，當我問她多少錢時，她説沒辦法她們已經沒庫存了。我就請問呢？？

房間設施還是比較新的屬於4星標準，預訂時備註了要高樓層，而且入住前幾天也電話聯繫過酒店確定過的，沒想到入住時給了法國的1樓，想通過國內攜程的客服與酒店溝通能否換高一點樓層，結果酒店的前台人員以不會英語直接掛了電話，這種態度也是少有的；好在窗户是雙層玻璃隔音不錯，樓下就是3路公交的終點站，法國的公交發車時間比較長，車輛等待怠速時還是有噪音的，酒店的早餐16歐一人有點小貴，但橙汁和飲料都是Bio的
