A very decent hotel, fairly new and modern. The rooms and public spaces are clean at a high level. The standard room is quite large, and there is also enough space in the bathroom. Good bedding and linens. Normal WIFI. The window opens, you can ventilate the room, although there is no air conditioning, which may be uncomfortable in the summer.
A significant minus is the distance from the center. It takes about half an hour to walk. The advantages of the location include a huge Carrefour five minutes away and a bus stop to Etretat right outside the windows.
An additional bonus is the presence of Russian-speaking staff at the reception.

Very nice, a 24-hour welcome at the entrance, contrary to what was announced, however, parking is chargeable which increases the bill, the cleanliness is top notch, I highly recommend it anyway and one of the cheapest on the outskirts of Le Havre city center the weekend
